Lab and X-ray services on site.
Full EMR- Meditech and LSS, Meditech will be transitioning to Epic in the future

" Must be BC/BE Medical Oncologist/Hematologist or scheduled to sit for Boards
" M- F 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
" No call - available by phone for consults
" Consult approximately 20 inpatients per year
" Average 15-20 Medical oncology patients a day/300 analytic cases per year
" Patient population is mostly lung, rectal, and breast patients. We treat most cancers and refer out as necessary.
" FT- NP, Excellent, experienced staff including onsite pharmacist.

Job Description:
" 7 on /7 off block schedule
" Provide inpatient care and consultations.
" Will accept admissions for all outpatient physicians/providers and patients who do not have a primary care provider.
" Participate in the 24/7 hospital call coverage for the Internal Medicine department & consults in the emergency department and for other specialties.
" Call: Physician will provide onsite call during the day, they can take call from home at night via phone. Physician needs to be within 30 minutes of the hospital in case they are called and need to return to the facility.
" Sunday- Thursday nights are usually covered by Nurse Practitioner with physician backup from home - very few telephone calls & will rarely need to come in.
" A fulltime APN will be providing assistance in the hospital during the day. (APN works four 10 hour days)
" Must be Internal Medicine trained and Board certification or scheduled to sit for Boards. (Will consider FP if experience as Hospitalist)
" Must be ACLS certified.
" Procedures = Ventilator management, intubations, central lines.
" Responsible for responding to Rapid Assessment Team (RAT) calls on the floors. ER providers respond to Code calls.
" ICU rounding 6 bed Open ICU
" 24 hour pharmacy & radiology support. Lab and x-ray services on site.
" Major trauma is sent out.

The Sushi Executive Chef will oversee the sushi program and broader kitchen operations while helping grow and refine a signature omakase experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead all sushi and kitchen operations
- Design and execute an authentic Japanese sushi and omakase program
