Position Summary
Lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice electricians on commercial projects across Indiana. Own safety, productivity, quality, and material procurement while coordinating schedules, inspections, and daily reporting to deliver code-compliant installations on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily work, assign crews, and mentor apprentices.
• Read/interpret drawings, specs, and submittals; verify layout.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment with the Superintendent.
• Monitor productivity and workmanship; enforce GEMCO safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks; complete time sheets and daily/weekly reports.
• Lead inspections, testing, and commissioning to meet specs and codes.
• Interface with GCs, inspectors, and other trades; resolve field issues.
• Uphold quality control and material tracking; perform related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs; climbing ladders; working from lifts/scaffolds and at heights; driving between job sites; indoor/outdoor conditions; other manual labor as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years commercial electrical experience; 3–5+ years foreman experience preferred.
• Proven crew leadership and training capability.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications; solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer/mobile proficiency (time entry, email, reporting apps).
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within Indiana.

The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging is responsible for the compliance of incoming ingredients, packaging, and chemical products and their perspective suppliers, with the Quality and Food Safety Standards of Lactalis Heritage Dairy (LHD). The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging reviews, assesses, and approves ingredients, packaging, and chemicals against Food Safety and Quality standards at onboarding and on a continuous basis. In addition, this position conducts sanitation and GMP audits in plants to maintain and improve quality standards, as needed. In addition, the Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging works closely with the Purchasing Department, assisting with the onboarding of new ingredients, packaging, chemicals, and suppliers.

The Community Standards Coordinator has primary responsibility for working with the student conduct process, providing support to students facing a range of challenges including but not limited to issues related to regulating behavior and managing conduct, and serve as a role model for, and advise a wide variety of students. The Community Standards Coordinator will help plan and provide a variety of interventions, referrals and follow up services, maintain accurate and professional case records and provide outreach and education about these services to the campus community.

• Support student-care initiatives: Serve as a lead member of the Care Team. Assist the Dean of Students and other staff with outreach and response to reports of student concern. Document all case management concerns, issues, and follow up in the Maxient case management system.
• Program Support: Provide support to the Bias Incident Response Team (BIRT) through student intake or with the investigative process. Assist with the training of staff members and student paraprofessionals to respond appropriately to emergency, crisis and other difficult student situations and to document follow-up promptly and effectively. Intervene with students and/or parents in a variety of highly emotional or tense situations in an effort to stabilize or resolve before escalating to the Dean of Students. • Education outreach and student mentoring/advising: Provide education and support to students, faculty, and staff to help recognize and respond to students in distress or crisis, national/local trends in student health and success, and issues related to student academic or personal concerns. Create and mentor team of students who serve as peer-mentors or peer-educators on topics related to personal wellness, campus resources, and compliance/community standards. Collaborate with Student Involvement staff, Counseling Center staff, and other campus partners in outreach activities, as appropriate. May include service on departmental, Division, University or ad-hoc committees, advising student organizations, projects, or other duties as assigned.
• Routine Responsibilities: Support the operations of the student life office which facilitates daily inquiries, requests, and concerns from students, employees, families, and others, whether in-person, via email, or via phone call, and work to route those to the best person/office at SXU for proper resolution. Support student activities and events with some after hours participation. Work with the SLP on Call team to coordinate and provide ongoing training for paraprofessional staff.
• Duty Responsibilities/Student Life Professional on Call
• Serve in an evening and weekend duty rotation system over 10 months. While on call, serve as a resource to University Housing Staff and Public Safety. The Student Life Professional on Call is expected to remain on campus or be within 15 minutes of campus.
• The Student Life Professional on Call will carry a duty mobile phone and respond to all calls.

The Associate Grants Manager works directly with the Director, Government and Industry Affairs and with the Senior Funding Advisor on initiatives aimed at securing public funding for priority projects across the Lactalis USA footprint. The position is responsible for sourcing and understanding technical information provided by Manufacturing, Human Resources, Engineering, Finance and other business units and then translating that information into language suitable for a grant application. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to various internal and external audience needs. Typical interactions will include grant administrators or state and municipal agencies - for example, when clarifications are needed regarding eligible expenses, program timelines, etc.

In addition to helping identify funding opportunities that match Lactalis USA's long-term funding priorities and managing applications/interactions, this role will manage reporting and compliance processes for successful applications along with internal project tracking reports.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Government and Industry Affairs and be based in our downtown Chicago office.

• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Holds a critical cross-functional role at Lactalis USA - across all brands, offices and manufacturing sites - responsible for both the strategic and financial dimensions of grant acquisition and management.
• Under the leadership of the Director, Government and Industry Affairs, this position conducts grant writing, proposal development and coordination with program teams, while also drafting grant budgets, preparing financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with grantor and internal financial standards.
• Gathers internal financial and technical project data for planned investments for new U.S. capital projects, production lines, expansion of existing activities, innovation, efficiency/optimization of resources, automation, staff training, transition to green energy sources or other ESG-related initiatives and assess if the projects contemplated may qualify for government incentives (i.e. 'right fit' between business drivers behind a project and funding program themes, objectives and requirements).
• Manages relationships with grant administrators, federal, state and local agencies. Identifies new opportunities for relationship-building.
• Compiles, tracks, updates and memorializes current U.S. funding programs and opportunities administered by Lactalis USA divisions.
• Communicates with external program administrators to gather program information (eligible applicants, eligible projects and activities, eligible expenditures, assessment criteria, etc.).
• Supports the development, execution and monitoring of funding application engagement plans (orienting the right projects towards the right programs to maximize opportunities).
• Identifies, pursues and tracks new funding opportunities.
• Enters data and qualitative information in internal tools (e.g. Excel, Qlik or other databases) to track funding applications and compliance/reporting for approved funding. Prepares reports, tables, diagrams, or other types of figures that will improve the effectiveness of internal and external communication products.
• Builds cross-departmental collaboration around funding opportunities and performance reporting.
• Develops and refines standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and internal workflows to strengthen grants management capacity. Provide training and technical assistance to staff on grant proposal development and compliance with best practices.
• Supports the Director, Government and Industry Affairs, and the Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs, on other regulatory, government relations or industry relations matters, administrative management, budget management and other divisional and company priorities.

Requirements

• University degree or College diploma in Engineering, Food Science, Finance, Business administration, Agricultural economics, or other related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum two (2) years of grants management or grants administration experience.
• General knowledge of federal, state and local grant and funding incentive environments.
• Prior experience in securing private or public funding for large capex projects or in the consumer-packed goods industry is a plus.

Competencies

• Strong detail and process orientation, with experience creating, organizing and editing technical documentation as well as distilling complex manufacturing and engineering concepts into simple language.
• Self-starter who works with minimal supervision and the ability to manage multiple projects and reporting in a deadline-driven environment.
• Works well in a large multi-site environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Teach, demonstrate, and evaluate nursing skills and procedures in the skills laboratory and simulation environments using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop realistic clinical and procedural scenarios that integrate core nursing skills, professional standards, and safety competencies.
• Facilitate pre-briefings, simulation sessions, and structured debriefings using established frameworks (e.g., INACSL Standards, NLN Jeffries Simulation Theory).
• Adapt simulations to accommodate diverse learners and clinical contexts.
• Provide direct instruction and remediation for students in foundational and advanced psychomotor nursing skills.
• Maintain a supportive and psychologically safe learning environment that encourages student engagement and self-reflection.

• Partner with course coordinators to ensure simulation and skills activities are intentionally integrated throughout the nursing curriculum.
• Assess student performance in both simulation and skills competencies, providing timely, constructive feedback to support growth.
• Collaborate in the development and use of rubrics, checklists, and objective structured clinical examinations (OSCEs) for skill assessment.
• Collect and analyze simulation and skills data to support continuous quality improvement and accreditation reporting.

• Provide training and mentorship to faculty and staff in simulation pedagogy, debriefing techniques, skills lab evaluation techniques, and equipment use.
• Promote consistent application of best practices in simulation and skills-based nursing education.

• Collaborate with simulation technologists to ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of manikins, task trainers, and audiovisual systems.
• Maintain simulation equipment, supplies, inventory, and digital assets in coordination with operations staff.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during simulation activities.

• Participate in simulation-related scholarship, research, and grant initiatives.
• Contribute to program assessment, evaluation, and accreditation efforts related to simulation.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Experience teaching or facilitating simulation and/or clinical skills learning.
• Strong understanding of simulation pedagogy, clinical competency assessment, and debriefing methods.

• Certification as a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) or eligibility within one year of hire.
• Experience with high-fidelity manikins, task trainers, and audiovisual systems (e.g., Laerdal, CAE, Gaumard, SimCapture).
• Experience teaching across multiple levels of a nursing curriculum (pre-licensure, RN-to-BSN, or graduate).

Adjunct Faculty instructors at Saint Xavier University are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings. Courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as in-person, online, hybrid and/or blended formats, with a preference towards in-person instruction.
