In partnership with our Director of Engineering, Staff, and Clients, the Building Engineer II will work to meet

the evolving maintenance demands of the Portfolio to ensure a superior level of professionalism regarding

all maintenance requirements, including prompt response to and resolution of client and property

occupant requests or concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &DUTIES

• Proactively support the development and successful implementation of the preventative

maintenance program for the portfolio

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs in accordance with license(s) held
• Perform scheduled inspections, complete, and submit forms and/or checklists accurately and on

time

• Note items on inspection checklist which require follow up or additional work; communicate

findings with Chief and/or client

• Provide recommendations to Chief Engineer and/or client regarding needed repairs or services
• Act as lead of other Engineers as requested
• Read and understand operations manuals, constructions drawings, diagrams, and work orders

necessary to perform maintenance and other work

• Maintain appearance of property to Facilities Partners and Client’s standards
• Collaborate with other contracted vendors, and ensure quality of work performed by them
• Review, monitor and/or provide scope and specifications for contracted property services
• Partner with Chief and/or client to develop specifications for contracted services
• Respond to and resolve tenant service requests in accordance with license(s) held (e.g., replace

ballasts, repair plumbing, etc.)

• Provide excellent customer service by interacting in a professional and positive manner with

clients, vendors, co-workers, etc.

• Support annual operating and capital budgeting process as requested
• Use a variety of hand and power tools following all safety practices
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
• Attend monthly safety trainings and follow all safety procedures
• Report all accidents immediately
• Be aware of and report all potential safety hazards immediately
• Other job duties as requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes, loud noise,

airborne particles and both hot and cold temperatures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 10 pounds and sometimes more than 10 pounds and rarely over 50 pounds. The employee must frequently climb a ladder. Specific vision abilities are required to do this job including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and the ability to adjust focus. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and the ability to be covered by our insurer; maintain an O7 card, where applicable

Required Knowledge: Demonstrated working knowledge of typical office building systems (e.g., mechanical, fire and life safety, electrical, HVAC, security systems, plumbing, etc.)

Experience Required: 5-7 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance or related field; 5+ years’ experience operating relevant computer hardware/software (e.g., HVAC, security, MS Office, Work order system, smart phones, etc.)

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, working onsite in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Report patient care and condition progress to patient's physician and Clinical Manager.
• Oversee the work of Home Health Aides and monitor their appropriate completion of documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Position Responsibilities:

• Align and adjust the silk screen to achieve proper contact and registration, applying paint using the squeegee method.

You will also assist with pressure testing operations and perform functional tests on fuel vent systems to identify and address any leaks. Please note that this role involves working in tight spaces, including entering the wing through a 9.5”X17.7" opening; therefore, comfort with confined spaces is essential for success in this position.

Position Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily work assignments from the lead or supervisor and review relevant Installation Plans (IP) and Shop Order Instants (SOI) to determine the work area.

• Gather necessary sealants, solvents, cleaners, and wipers from the designated storage area.

• Install ventilation equipment as required to ensure proper airflow in the work cavity.

• Clean tank surfaces using appropriate solvents or detergents, ensuring they are wiped dry.

• Clean and adjust sealing equipment to ensure proper functionality.

• Load sealing guns and apply sealant and/or topcoat per BAC specifications, including fillet seals to system components and sealing heads and collars of fasteners.

• Perform a shake-down of work areas prior to tank closure to repair any damaged seals or components and prepare for inspection.

• Apply wing station identification numbers on tank doors using stencils and spray paint as required.

• Install fuel tank closure panels or access doors after all necessary steps are complete and accepted by quality assurance.

• Assist with pressure testing operations and perform functional tests on fuel vent systems and tank cavities to determine if leaks exist.

• Submit completed jobs or in-process checks to inspectors for acceptance or rejection.
