This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts (9am - 5:30pm and 10:30am - 7pm). All other shift times will start at 6:30am (10's and 12's).
• Required Cases: Orthopedic, General, Healthy Pediatrics, and some Trauma cases. Provider should be comfortable with Obstetrics, but not required.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Care Team or Independent: Will be supervised.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days.
• Licensure: Must have active Pennsylvania license.
• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certifications are required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Foreman at Ross Excavating LLC, based in Zelienople, PA. The Foreman will oversee daily operations at job sites, lead and manage work crews, ensure the proper operation of heavy equipment, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities include effective planning, task assignment, supervising progress, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including leadership and team management
• Proficiency in operating and managing Heavy Equipment, such as excavators, trenchers, and loaders
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
• Experience with Carpentry and Maintenance related to construction or excavating work
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction or excavating industry
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and site layouts
• Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills
• Previous experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role is preferred

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe practices and supporting the team's overall operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all food safety/quality requirements under SQF/BRC.
• Maintain safe work practices, including proper forklift operation, safe driving speeds, horn usage, and seatbelt compliance.
• Review production sheets to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Accurately pick customer orders by interpreting pick-tickets and using RF scanner systems.

• Document all shipping and receiving activities thoroughly and accurately.
