Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure jobs are properly scheduled, dispatched, and completed efficiently
- Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure tools, vehicles, and resources are properly managed and protected
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and hold technicians and operations staff accountable
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching conversations
- Reinforce company standards, expectations, and core values daily
- Identify training needs and support skill development
- Maintain a culture of respect, teamwork, and professionalism
Accountability & EOS Alignment
- Own and execute responsibilities per the Accountability Chart
- Ensure team members Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity (GWC)
- Participate in leadership meetings and scorecard reviews
- Track and report operational KPIs
- Execute Rocks, priorities, and process improvements consistently
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Partner with Finance on job costing, billing accuracy, and margin protection
- Ensure timecards, job notes, and documentation are completed correctly
- Monitor overtime, productivity, and labor efficiency
- Support AR/AP processes by ensuring operational follow-through
Customer & Vendor Relations
- Serve as a professional point of escalation for customers
- Protect long-term relationships through clear communication and follow-up
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Represent Commercial Door LLC with integrity and professionalism
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Incentive Compensation: Performance-based bonuses
- No cap on performance-based earnings—results matter here

Required Qualifications:- One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) certification
- ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

The CVOR registered nurse is responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients, as well as assisting in monitoring and supporting the patient throughout the surgical procedure. They collaborate closely with the entire surgical team to ensure the optimization of patient outcomes by confirming all necessary surgical supplies and equipment are sterile and functional, assisting with safe patient positioning and draping, and coordinating immediate post-surgical continued patient care.
Essential Work Functions:- Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including open and closed heart surgeries
- Prepare the Cardiovascular operating room for the patient and surgical procedure
- Assemble equipment, supplies, medications, and implants, ensuring equipment functions and supplies are available
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and the surgical team to deliver coordinated care
- Utilize data from surgical preference cards for the surgical procedure and surgeon
- Position patients safely using approved devices to prevent injury and enable optimal surgical exposure
- Actively participate in Universal Protocol and timeout to confirm patient identity, procedure, and surgical site
- Handle and document specimens accurately to ensure diagnostic integrity
- Provide post-surgical care coordination, including patient handoff to the recovery team
- Assess, plan, and evaluate the nursing care of the patient before, during, and after a surgical procedure until patient handoff to the next phase of care
- Ensure that sterile procedures are followed throughout the course of surgery
- Respond effectively to emergencies, such as cardiac arrest, during surgery
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
- Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend

Position Purpose:

Maintain current BLS certification.

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery in the surgical area. The professional nurse assumes responsibility for that charge and is accountable for providing a safe environment for the delivery of care to all surgical patients.
What you will do:
Employment Type/Shift: PT Weekends
Practice is guided by nursing process & policy / procedure / standards.
Maintains focused area of expertise for care / program &/or provides interventions or knowledge within niche areas of care / program.
Advances professional / shared governance, collaborates inter & intra-professionally, delegates to others to advance care, assumes an expanded role & increased responsibility.
May lead a small team and serve as a unit / service / program nursing practice mentor & identify learning need of others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
