Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Data Developer with strong SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.

Requirements: Experience:

• Provide objective, accurate, and comprehensive feedback to team members regarding defects and errors.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures, and design, develop, and execute testing plans.
• Work extensively with Azure services (Azure Functions, web apps, Azure Key Vault, Logic Apps).
• Build ADF pipelines for various data development projects.
• Build data transformations with SSIS, including importing data from files and moving data from one database platform to another.
• Possess strong knowledge of relational databases, as well as skills in SQL query design and development.
• Leverage best practices for error handling, error resolution, and archival processes.
• Have strong knowledge of stored procedures and performance tuning, as well as skills in SQL query design and development.
• Expertise in cloud deployments of ADF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Breast Imaging: Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms, DEXA scans, and potentially stereotactic biopsies according to exam protocol in a timely manner.
• Maintain production and quality of imaging procedures by following established standards.
• Patient Communication: Utilize AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) when communicating with patients to identify service requirements, ensure correct exam is performed on the correct patient, and establish rapport.
• Instruct and communicate with patients and families regarding the test to be performed and assess patient's ability to tolerate exam .
• Technical Procedures: Prepare patient and area for procedure by positioning patient, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified position, and adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors .
• Safety & Compliance: Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control protocols, radiation policies, and proper techniques.
• Use proper sterile techniques when setting up and performing invasive procedures and maintain hand hygiene requirements .
• Documentation: Obtain, verify, and maintain all relevant documentation such as requisition/chart, patient history, pregnancy status and shielding precautions taken, consent forms, etc.
• Maintain medical imaging records in appropriate systems according to department policies
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Report issues to management or appropriate department. Assist in maintaining supplies inventory .
• Quality & Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by limiting wait times, providing courteous service, remaining professional, and developing action plans when required .

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Current ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-M (Mammography) certifications
• Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license through Texas Medical Board
• Current BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum 2 years of Mammography experience
• Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammograms and DEXA scans
• Knowledge of stereotactic biopsies preferred but not required
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Imaging program .
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Mammography experience required .
• Certification/Licensure:

Overview

The IT Architect II is responsible for design of IT systems including system infrastructure, system security, application architecture, software and data life cycle management. Provides enterprise architectural framework for the design, development, and deployment of information/business systems. Proactively drives the prioritization of key technology enablers for achieving enterprise level system objectives while ensuring scalability, reliability, and availability of implemented systems. Provides leadership and expertise to evaluate planned platform growth, increasingly demanding enterprise service level requirements in order to identify, design, and implement technology solutions that exceed expectations.

The RN Navigator in Population Health is responsible for coordinating and managing patient care across the healthcare continuum.
