Junior Insurance Coverage Associate | New York, NY (Hybrid) – Base Salary $150k

Location/Schedule: New York, NY (Hybrid – flexible in-office/remote balance)

Practice: Insurance Coverage – Analyzing and litigating first- and third-party coverage disputes, policy interpretation, bad faith claims, additional insured issues, duty to defend/indemnify, and complex coverage opinions for national/multi-national insurers and self-insured corporations

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD from an accredited law school and active New York State Bar admission (New Jersey admission a plus).

• Solid foundation in legal research, policy analysis, drafting (opinions, briefs, motions), and client communication.
