Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor
• Proven experience estimating commercial projects in the $2M–$15M range
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

If qualified, you may be eligible to receive:

• $110k-$130k base salary
