Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $35+ Per Hour (Based on Experience)

Location: Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs & Naples, FL

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems (90% residential / 10% light commercial)
• Accurately troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Represent the company professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of HVAC service & troubleshooting experience
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and lead jobs when needed
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
