Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract food service management.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience at a CCRC or Life Plan Community providing continuum of care services
• Current ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain required local food safety certifications.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and complex P&L statements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional leadership style capable of navigating a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package Details

• Annual Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
• Incentives: Up to 10% annual Performance-based bonus
