Position Summary:
Provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patients’ respiratory status, and plan of care. Functions independently in all areas of the organization. Care is provided in a compassionate, professional, ethical, and knowledgeable fashion that exemplifies the mission, vision and values of Rush Copley, and is in accordance with policies and procedures. The Respiratory Therapist is expected to uphold the most ethical and safe processes while keeping the care of the patient as a top priority. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
License: Current Illinois State License as Respiratory Care Practitioner.
Education: Completion of CoARC approved program in Respiratory Care required.
Credential: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care. Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) required to work in Level III NICU after March 7, 2026.
Certifications:
CPR
ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
PALS required within 12 months of employment.
NRP required for all staff working in NICU III within 3 months of employment

The Administrative Assistant for Sales, reports to the Senior GM of the Sales Subsidiaries and supports this role in addition to supporting the Director of Retail, Director of Trade and Director of PDSN. - Responsible for development and administration for special projects as assigned to support the PDSN business.
- Collaborates with other corporate functions as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines, including Haas Turn Mill and Mazak lathes.
- Program lathes using drawings and job travelers to produce designated parts.
- Operate the Star Clip machine and perform secondary operations such as deburring, grinding, drilling, and tapping.
- Inspect parts for quality, take measurements, detect production flaws, and adjust or reprogram controls.
- Communicate effectively with Machinist Level III and Engineering regarding concerns or job changes.
- Recommend or approve supplies and materials necessary for lathe jobs.
- Serve as backup to the Machinist Level I to maintain workflow through the department.
- Assist with general facility operations, including equipment loading/unloading and inventory management.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures and regulations.
- Stay current with job knowledge through training and educational opportunities, including conversational programming and TMA classes.
- Keep work areas organized and clean, including sweeping and general upkeep.
Education and Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a shop environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC turning equipment.

We’re seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support project teams and help ensure builds are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand scope and identify any gaps or discrepancies.
- Support material, labor, and equipment take-offs, assist with quantity verification and preliminary cost estimates.
- Support scheduling: help develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design/engineering teams to keep work aligned.

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for execution of turbine generator outage execution project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Implements standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation CECs. Always enforce procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.

- Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.
- Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
- Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned CEC. Provide primary communication with client CEC management and major vendor service organization.
- Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at CECs.
