- Note: Searching for a family or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner licensed to work in Ohio with at least one year of working NP experience in a primary care setting or hospital medicine to provide on-site primary care services full-time to the male population at this correctional facility. The schedule is weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Pay rate: $70/hr

Job Duties in Order of Importance:
- Monitors progress of patients and intervenes in the course of chronic illness.
- Performs routine physical examinations of patients to determine control or status of chronic conditions &diagnose new conditions.
- Evaluates acute & chronically ill patients & prescribes medications or administers treatment of acute &chronically ill patients.
- Documents medical information gathered during patient interviews according to agency guidelines, policies, protocols & agency-professionally accredited standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple low-volume sites, providing essential radiological expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of imaging modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, NM, and Fluoroscopy.
Cover Emergency Room, Nuclear Medicine, Musculoskeletal, Neurology, Pediatrics, Mammography Diagnostic Procedures, and light Interventional Radiology.
Read all CT scans except CT Cardiac, with a focus on high-volume Emergency Department readings.
Utilize EMR systems such as Epic and Meditech, with PACS Merge and Fluency for dictation.
Ensure daily volume expectations of 90-100 reads, meeting a minimum of 70+ wRVUs per shift.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
No on-call requirements, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
Qualifications: Board Certification in Radiology is mandatory.
Must hold or be willing to obtain an Ohio state medical license.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
Capability to work under credentialing at a minimum of two facilities.
Additional Information: Immediate start date with ongoing contract length.
Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30-60 days.
Full-time coverage needed each month.
Performance monitored with a possibility of contract adjustment based on productivity metrics.
