We are seeking a contract Project Manager to lead a high-visibility IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiative to build a secure CMMC-aligned enclave in Azure and enable multiple businesses to onboard and operate within the environment to support third-party certification readiness.
The enclave’s infrastructure and security services are delivered and operated by an outsourced managed services provider (MSP/MSSP). This role will manage execution across internal stakeholders and the MSP/MSSP, ensuring delivery is aligned to technical requirements, compliance expectations, timelines, and audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for the expanded design, build, and rollout of a secure Azure-based CMMC enclave, supporting multiple business entities.
- Serve as the primary project manager coordinating across IT/Security stakeholders, business units, and the MSP delivering the environment.
- Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, timeline, milestones, and RAID log (risks/actions/issues/decisions).
- Manage vendor/MSP&MSSP delivery including scope alignment, execution tracking, dependencies, deliverable acceptance, and issue escalation.
- Establish clear scope boundaries between the enclave “core baseline” (shared services) and business-specific customization requirements.
- Coordinate technical implementation and readiness activities delivered through the MSP, including:
- Azure landing zone / subscription structure, segmentation, and governance
- Network design and isolation (hub/spoke, routing, connectivity, firewalling)
- Identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access
- Endpoint management and hardening using Intune and Defender for Endpoint
- Security posture management and compliance monitoring using Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Centralized logging/monitoring using Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Log Analytics, alerting
- Key management / secrets / encryption (Key Vault, encryption at rest/in transit)
- Backup/recovery strategy, retention planning, and operational support readiness
- Drive creation of a repeatable multi-business onboarding framework, including intake, standard configurations, variation handling, and validation.
- Partner with Cybersecurity and compliance stakeholders to translate CMMC/NIST expectations into actionable work packages and measurable deliverables.
- Ensure operational processes are defined and adopted for the enclave, including access provisioning, change control, incident response coordination, and escalation paths.

- Coordinate testing, validation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness; ensure post-launch stabilization (“hypercare”) and transition to steady-state operations.
- Provide clear stakeholder communications and executive-level status reporting, proactively surfacing risks, schedule threats, and mitigation options.
- Process and track one-time and re-occurring project invoices against the budget. Develop, manage, and maintain the operating cost model for each of the included businesses.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of IT project/program management experience, including technical infrastructure and security programs.
- Demonstrated success managing delivery through third-party vendors / managed service providers, including milestone tracking, SLA/OLA alignment, escalation, and deliverable acceptance.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure, identity, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong familiarity with Azure and Microsoft security ecosystem, including:

Our client in the wealth management and charitable sector, is seeking a Digital / Web Strategy Lead to join their team full time. The Digital / Web Strategy Lead will own and elevate the organizations public digital presence. This newly created role is responsible for transforming the website from a static, brochure-style experience into a high-performing digital engine that drives engagement, discovery, and measurable business outcomes.
This is a hybrid onsite role with required onsite days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, in Malvern, PA.
Reporting into Marketing and working in close partnership with IT, Client Services, and cross functional stakeholders, this role will define the vision, roadmap, and governance for the public web experience and broader digital ecosystem. The role requires a strategic, outcome oriented digital experience strategist who can translate business needs into scalable, user centric web experiences and serve as the connective tissue between marketing strategy and technical execution.
While the role does not involve content creation or hands-on development, it carries end-to-end accountability for web strategy, structure, user experience, and performance. Over time, the role is expected to grow into a people leadership position.
Digital / Web Strategy Lead Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the public web experience, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and marketing growth goals.
- Reimagine the current website to support top of funnel discovery, engagement, and digital self-service, moving beyond a brochure style presence.
- Own site architecture, navigation, audience targeting, and user journeys to ensure clarity, relevance, and ease of use.
- Support and guide a successful website relaunch and ongoing optimization.
- Establish UX principles and standards with a strong focus on simplicity, accessibility, and performance.
- Champion data driven decision making using analytics, engagement metrics, and user insights to continuously improve the experience.
- Ensure the web experience supports visibility in search and emerging AI driven discovery channels.
- Serve as the strategic owner of the web platform and CMS (currently Drupal), with responsibility for evaluating and recommending future platform evolution.
- Act as a knowledgeable partner to IT translating business objectives into clear technical requirements and priorities.
- Oversee the broader digital ecosystem, including SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and attribution focused demand generation, in partnership with subject matter owners.
- Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Client Services, and other stakeholders to align digital priorities and execution.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and platform partners to ensure consistency, governance, and scalability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on web strategy, digital performance, and emerging opportunities.
- Establish governance frameworks that balance innovation, speed, compliance, and risk management.
- Prepare the function to scale, with the potential to lead and develop a team over time.
Digital / Web Strategy Lead Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in web strategy, digital experience management, or web product leadership.
- Strong background in financial services, wealth management, or similarly complex, regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading and evolving large-scale public web experiences with clear business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of CMS platforms, web analytics, SEO, and digital experience best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical direction without being hands-on technical.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of taking web experiences from Point A to Point B.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and influence skills.

Position Purpose
The CDL Driver - Hazmat is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to deliver products to customer locations or job sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while following all DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) rules and maintain a clean driving record to make sure company vehicles are operated safely and responsibly.
Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation of hazardous materials
Inspect vehicles before and after trips to help ensure safe and on-time deliveries
Load, unload, and organize orders carefully ensuring that all products are properly secured, and hazardous material is separated appropriately.
Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations
Double-check purchase orders and delivery tickets to confirm routes and inventory, helping reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.
Support job site safety by checking for and reporting any potential hazards, to help prevent accidents and protect people and property.
Take photos of all delivered products as required by company policy.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and receipts.
