General Description

The Director of Project Delivery is responsible for the strategic oversight and comprehensive management of multiple utility scale power infrastructure projects, emphasizing safety, quality assurance, cost optimization, schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, and supplier management. In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide the end-to-end execution of complex projects ranging from renewable energy facilities and substations to transmission and distribution infrastructure ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards that align with industry regulations and client expectations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, strategies, and execution frameworks that align with Louth Callan's organizational objectives, client specifications, and regulatory compliance in the utility scale power sector.
  • Lead pre-bid site assessments, detailed risk analyses, and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges, optimize resource utilization, and enhance project viability from the outset.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, including close collaboration with engineering design teams, procurement specialists, construction crews, commissioning experts, and operations personnel to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation with precision, utilizing advanced tools to track progress, forecast variances, and implement adjustments for cost-effective and timely delivery.
  • Continuously monitor project performance metrics, proactively identify emerging risks, delays, or issues, and deploy robust mitigation strategies, including contingency planning and corrective actions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary project teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, professional development, and excellence while providing ongoing support and growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Safety and Quality Assurance departments to define project-specific goals, establish performance benchmarks, and enforce protocols that prioritize worker safety, environmental stewardship, and superior craftsmanship.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders (such as senior leadership and cross-functional teams) and external parties (including clients, vendors, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and utility partners).
  • Dynamically adapt project plans, timelines, and budgets in response to evolving site conditions, market fluctuations, or unforeseen challenges to safeguard overall project success.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, industry best practices , and all applicable regulatory requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to handover.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project data, soliciting team feedback, and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency, productivity, safety, and overall performance across the portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports, progress updates, risk assessments, and forecasts during recurring status meetings for senior management, clients, and other key stakeholders to maintain transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth, efficient transition from construction and commissioning phases to operational handover, including knowledge transfer, training, and asset optimization.
  • Conduct thorough final inspections, audits, and documentation reviews to confirm project completion, verify compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitate closeout processes, including warranty management and lessons learned sessions.


Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Extensive proven experience in senior-level project management, engineering, and construction roles, with a strong emphasis on utility scale power infrastructure projects such as substations, transmission lines, renewable energy systems, and grid modernization.
  • Deep technical expertise in utility scale power systems, including design principles, installation techniques, commissioning processes, and operational best practices for components like high-voltage substations, solar PV arrays, wind integration, and energy storage solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of a Radiologist the CT Technologist performs exams at a technical level that does not require direct supervision over technical detail. This position requires advanced medical imaging knowledge, including skill in cross-sectional anatomy.   A complete knowledge of all types of diagnostic CT exams and interventional procedures is required. Uses independent judgment, ingenuity and acquired knowledge to obtain quality diagnostic images. Assists with interventional procedures.

  • Must have a full knowledge of CT exams and interventional procedures. Technologist must be capable of performing exams independently. 
  • Must have a complete working knowledge in the principals of physics, anatomy, medical terminology, sterile technique and radiation protection as it relates to CT practice.

1.     Assures that patient’s clinical data coincides with and matches the type of exam that is being ordered.  Follows up with Doctor’s office when exam ordered is in question and does not seem reasonable given the patient’s clinical record.

2.     Assist Radiologist in interventional procedures. Coordinates patient’s medical needs with the Radiology Nurse.  Assures that room is properly equipped for procedure and cleaned appropriately post procedure.

3.     Assures female patients of child bearing ages are screened for possibility of pregnancy.

4.     Demonstrates skill in IV insertion.

5.     Documents exams into radiology system to ensure proper billing.

6.     Independently runs one’s own schedule and properly documents patient flow while remaining sensitive to patients care and other co-workers needs and desires.  Remains flexible in patient flow in order to accommodate daily emergency calls and requests for inpatient procedures.  Assists in obtaining transportation for patients when procedures are scheduled by internal Hospitalists, Physicians, etc.

7.     Demonstrates competency in performing all types of CT scans

8.     Processes CT exams utilizing the teleradiology system during off shift hours.  Able to trouble shoot problems and contact correct help lines if necessary.

9.     Demonstrates the ability to choose correct protocols for patients based on age and size.

10.  Accurately completes computer (Meditech) patient procedure documentation.  Assures the accuracy of documentation understanding that all items will be charged to the patient’s hospital bill.  Submits correctly documented and labeled exam to the Radiologist and is available for review and discussion. Reviews each exam for technical accuracy.

11.  Transports patients when needed.

12.   Performs quality assurance in accordance with the American College of Radiology guidelines for CT.

13.  Reviews post instructions to patient (example: hydration, when physician will receive results)

14.  Demonstrates ability to trouble shoot any electronic equipment such as scanner, workstations, and printers.

15.  Independently responds on a call basis to perform procedures.  Drives to affiliate and/or contracted location to provide services as may be required.

16.  Works cooperatively and exhibits Core Values at all time in order to accomplish all tasks as a member of the Medical Imaging Team.



Qualifications

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent; graduate of an ARRT approved Radiological Technology School program is required.
  • Registration and certification with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensure with the State of Connecticut are required. 
  • Must remain current with ARRT continuing education requirements and maintain an active ARRT certificate. 
  • Advanced certification from the ARRT in Computerized Tomography is expected from the incumbent within one year of hire. 
  • Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire and maintain clinical competency during employment in this role

Description

Plans and designs manufacturing processes throughout the plant. This position maximizes efficiency by analyzing all aspects of manufacturing processes. Determines parts and tools needed to achieve product specifications and business objectives.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



Under general direction, performs the management of projects related to aerospace component engineering and manufacturing for new and existing parts and assemblies. Establishes manufacturing methods and process sequence necessary to complete parts. Creates models, operation sheets and work instructions using Solidworks software. Initiates Tool & Fixture design concepts and maintains close feedback with other shop floor personnel, management and related customers and vendors. Troubleshoots manufacturing problems and implements method and tool improvements. Writes rework and repair methods for non-conformances and prepares projects timelines. Participates in discussions with customers and suppliers as required. Performs additional duties as requested, including cost estimating.



Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:




  • Reads and interprets blueprints, symbols and geometric tolerances based on military and commercial specifications.
  • Able to process complex assemblies and conceptualize developmental and production tooling in a job shop environment.
  • Proficient with the following software applications: Solidworks (or equivalent), MS Project / Word / Excel.
  • Able to create Solid models, operations sheets, Tool and Fixture designs.
  • Familiarity with specifications and requirements for aerospace component manufacturing that includes having knowledge of aerospace coatings, heat treatment, and machining specifications.
  • Strong math background including trigonometry and geometry.
  • Able to research, understand and implement new technologies for possible cost savings and process improvements.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
  • Able to perform hands-on shop work.
  • Proficient in project management.


Working Conditions:



Normal office working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements. Manufacturing Engineers spend a good amount of time on the shop floor.

Description

The CNC Milling Machine Operator builds the operator's skills and knowledge to efficiently perform and maintain the manufacturing processes vertical and horizontal multi-axis milling machines to produce precision aerospace components.



Responsibilities:




  • Operate vertical and horizontal multi-axis milling machinery as required with supervision.
  • Use manual inspection equipment as required, e.g. height stands, micrometers, indicators, dial bores, verniers
  • Work with aerospace materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium, titanium, and nickel alloys.
  • Read/interpret operation sheets and work instructions.
  • Adhere to established policies and company procedures and standard work.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
  • Document and communicate manufacturing performance issues to maintain continuity between shifts and decrease machine downtime.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Follow all safety policies, rules and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Leads, Supervisors and/or Managers.


Physical Requirements:




  • Ability to stand or sit for extended period of time on a concrete manufacturing floor.
  • Fine motor skills with frequent hand and arm movement.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Moderate twisting and bending.
  • Moderate climbing on step stools or platforms.


Unusual Environmental Conditions:




  • Loud machining environment; exposure to aerospace metals, lubricants and chemicals.


Required Personal Protective Equipment:




  • Safety glasses/shields, appropriate manufacturing closed toed footwear, gloves, hearing protection may be required or other protective equipment as needed.
