Cardiothoracic Surgery PA Responsibilities
- Deliver independent, high-quality patient care in collaboration with the cardiothoracic surgery team
- Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and review diagnostic data
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans; communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Assist surgeons in managing hospital patients, including operating room (OR) support, rounding, and consults
- Participate in overnight and 24-hour call coverage (7-10 call days per month)
- Utilize multidisciplinary approaches for continuity, coordination, and evaluation of care
- Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and hospital guidelines
- Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Float to other departments as needed and provide telemedicine services

Position Summary
The Cook II participates in the preparation, production & service of menu items according to the direction of their manager. The Cook II is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items following established recipes and safety standards. Responsibilities:
· Manage all parts of product development process from concept to delivery for assigned categories
· Clearly communicate development needs to factory partners for assigned categories
· Work with design team to set up print artwork files for both inline and logo product. Manage all print communication with factory
· Work with design team to create and maintain sketches, cads, tech packs, detail sheets, and design boards

This role is a full-time position based in Boulder, Colorado in the Krimson Klover offices (this role is not remote). Four days in-office per week and one day work from home. Occasional evenings/weekends will be required for select events. Travel up to 15%.

Title: QC Analyst

This role is the accountable owner of assigned client relationships and business outcomes, ensuring client retention, revenue growth, strategic excellence, and consistent delivery of client outcomes within a unified client partnership. The Account Director serves as the primary client quarterback, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
This role is remote, with the expectation of being able to visit and operate out of the ROR corporate office location as needed and for occasional on-site meetings where in-person collaboration is required. Travel requirement is typically less than 25% annually. This position offers a compensation range of $85k – $100k, determined by location, experience, and expertise.

What you will do:
Client Ownership & Partnership
- Own client relationships, satisfaction, and performance outcomes across a defined portfolio of accounts.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted day-to-day client leader.
- Lead client QBRs, annual planning, roadmap development, and successful planning conversations with the collaboration of leadership and the Client Success Team.
- Ensure each client has a documented success plan tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Own the development and execution of client strategies, with leadership input and pressure-testing.
- Prepare executive-ready narratives and recommendations
Strategy & Performance Leadership
- Translate client business objectives into integrated media and growth strategies.
