Duties & Responsibilities


Essential Functions


  • Develop and close partnerships with Banks around their merchant services offerings
  • Maintain a sales pipeline of active engagements with Banks and targeted financial institutions
  • Build relationships with senior leaders of our strategic partners
  • Ensure all deals and pipeline activities are fully documented utilizing our CRM system
  • Provide sales results and team information to the Chief Sales Officer accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

  • Develop and close partnerships with Banks around their merchant services offerings
  • Develop and implement sales tactics that support the company's objectives; with an ability to profitably grow market share, and develop long-lasting partnerships
  • Assist in the tactical execution of the divisional sales plans that will exceed the divisions assigned budget; create plans for improvement, as needed; implement growth strategies by division, branch, sales territory, strategic partners, clients and end market
  • Driving growth through focused sales activity that results in increased account and market penetration
  • Maintain and report out Sales / Sales Ops KPI's monthly with assistance/input from other key cross functional team members
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to derive insights for the sales leadership to help shape the business
  • Continually drive for improvement of sales processes, including sales forecasting, data quality, new growth opportunities and risk analysis, sales playbooks, etc.

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields.

Position Purpose:  
 
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed. 

  • Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required. 

  • Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. 

  • Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight. 

  • Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded. 

  • Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight. 

  • Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed. 

  • Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule. 

  • Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas. 

  • Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy. 

  • Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. 

  • Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors. 

  • Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured. 

  • Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required. 

  • Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.

  • Assists with the development and monitoring of basic dashboards, and other performance reporting tools, and routinely updates compliance reports that monitor organization performance, outcomes, quality, safety, health, and finance for the organization.


    • Partners with program teams to use data within the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) framework, including informing and refining logic models, understanding trends and variation, and supporting continuous learning and improvement rather than compliance-only reporting.


  • Compile, analyze, and share results and trends for quarterly reports for assigned programs, committees, and initiatives to report outputs and outcomes on performance measures and assist with internal programmatic benchmarking opportunities.

  • Ensure applicable Council on Accreditation standards are met.
  • Arrange for and ensure routine maintenance on all vehicles.
  • Arrange for repairs and body work on all vehicles as needed.

We are seeking a FORGE Lead Case Manager/Co-Facilitator to join our team. The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.



The FORGE Lead Case Manager/Co-Facilitator works under the direction of the Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project and is responsible for delivering the proposed program model, which includes the evidence-based Strengthening Father Involvement (SFI) curriculum, the evidence-informed financial program Money Habitudes (MH), and individualizing training based on participant's goals and needs as identified in case management. Additionally, the FORGE Lead Case Manager/Co-Facilitator provides case management to fathers and works closely with the Case Managers to ensure participants build relationship skills, gain positive parenting skills, and move towards economic stability.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Facilitate workshops, creating a supportive, culturally responsive, and flexible learning environment for fathers
  • Ensure program implementation supports methods for fathers to work collaboratively with spouses or co-parents.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to FORGE Case Managers.
  • Manage a case load of father participants, developing individualized plans to assist them in obtaining healthy relationships, positive parenting skills, and economic stability.
  • Connect fathers with community resources to assist them in meeting personalized goals.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:



Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of child and families services experience and the following:




  • Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service-related field.



  • Master's degree in social work or other human service-related field and 2-5 years of work experience in child and family services. Licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas (LBSW, LMSW, LSCSW, Professional Counselor, LMFT, and/or Alcohol and Drug Counselor) preferred.

This role will coordinate and facilitate activities with the youth, the youth's positive adult connections, and child welfare professionals.   • Carries a caseload of 10 - 12 youth who have been referred under the Foster Care Case Management Contract utilizing Signs of Safety (SOS) and completes all case holding responsibilities, including case plans, court reports, monthly worker parent/worker/child visits and follow up for any youth needs.
  • Maintain minimum monthly contact with youth through in-person visits at youth's placement provider.
  • Maintain familiarity with and adherence to DCF policies and procedures as well as Cornerstones of Care guidelines, waiver services, and SSI best practices.
  • Continually analyze and assess each youth's situation on an individual basis, using advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare to develop recommendations regarding support services and resources that each child and family may need, such as educational plans, medical, psychiatric and psychological assessments, therapy, independent living skills, etc.
