Call is not required for their providers but welcomed.

Ideally the physician candidate would like to be a part of their call team but it is not mandatory.

The call shifts end at 7 is the following day.

Physicians have the post call day off, paid.

CRNAs do work the post call day and are first release for the day.

A full call schedule is one call a week and one weekend every 6 weeks approximately.

This can be decreased or increased at the desire of the provider.

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the daily execution of manufacturing operations and driving operational performance at the Elkhart, Indiana facility in a labor-intensive molding, paint, and assembly environment.
