**The CMA for Health and Wellness Cetner at Metropark may work in a variety of practices, including: Primary Care, Rheumatology, Pulmonary, Colon Rectal, Orthopedics and Cardiology. Schedule will depend on individual practice hours, but CMA will be asked to rotate to work earlier mornings and evenings.
A day in the life of a Certified Medical Assistant at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:
* Prepares exam room, treatment room, supplies and instruments.
* Takes patient's vital signs and records in medical chart.
* Understands proper function and care of special equipment.
* Performs EKG, PFT, Audiometry, Titmus Test as indicated after a performance evaluation checklist completion. Also performs UDS, BAT, Phlebotomy, and other lab testing as indicated after performance evaluation checklist completion.
* Assists with collections/billing procedures as needed.
* Uses computer software to maintain office systems.
* Identifies the needs of the patient population served and modifies and delivers care that is specific to those needs (i.e., age, culture, language, hearing and/or visually impaired, etc.). This process includes communicating with the patient, parent, and/or primary caregiver(s) at their level (developmental/age, educational, literacy, etc.).
* Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
* High School diploma or equivalent such as a GED

Responsibilities: · Clean, sanitize, and maintain all areas of guest rooms and public areas such as entryways, walkways, and restrooms
· Responsible for removing dirty linen, replenishing guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping/sweeping floors, etc.
· Remove and replacing trash can liners in rooms and public areas
· Deliver any additional amenities requested by guest
· Prepare dirty laundry to be sent out to laundry company or wardrobe
· Organize, fold and prepare clean laundry when returned
· Transport laundry to and from our wardrobe building
· Take inventory and submit periodic inventory orders to insure supplies are purchased in a timely manner
· Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services and resolve guests’ complaints and concerns
· Note any room damage or repairs to the appropriate parties
· Ensures housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and closets are maintained and stocked
· Reports and documents any guest property that may be leftover in the room directly to the front desk and manager on duty
· Checks for damaged linens and terry
· Dust & clean room decorations, appliances, & structural surfaces (i.e. wall fixtures, window sills, vents, etc.)
· Speaking and interacting with guests in a friendly manner

The Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) is seeking a MD/DO physician candidate to provide direct patient care in the Division of Emergency Medicine (EM). The physician candidate will be board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. The candidate will receive an academic faculty appointment commensurate with achievement and will participate in the educational, patient care, research and other academic activities of the Department of Pediatrics. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, there may be opportunities to participate in research in areas of interest with other faculty members. The physician will join 10 full time faculty members who provide 24/7 in-house EM coverage. The candidate may also have the opportunity to participate in either clinical or lab-based research. The clinical services of the Division of Emergency Medicine are conducted at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) in New Brunswick, NJ, contiguous with the Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital (BMSCH). The Pediatric Emergency Department is a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center. BMSCH is a 105-bed acute care hospital located on the only pediatric academic health campus in the state of New Jersey. The Department of Pediatrics has a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists. Outpatient services are provided at the Child Health Institute of New Jersey which also houses our research faculty. The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Trinitas Regional Medical Center. The Department is responsible for all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, a 554- bed Level II trauma center that provides comprehensive health care for the region. The successful candidate will be the leader of the pathology laboratory at Trinitas, responsible for oversight of all aspects of the laboratory operation. This individual will provide leadership for staff, will plan, organize and direct the activities of the Laboratory with the assistance of managers, supervisors and senior technologists and will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, closely collaborating with physicians and other health care providers. The Director will have responsibility for providing clinical direction to the Trinitas laboratory, including laboratory oversight, test validation and maintenance of College of American Pathologists accreditation of the laboratory; experience in a CAP accredited laboratory is desirable. As a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff and participating in tumor boards is expected. This is a general pathology service within a community hospital, although subspecialty expertise in cytopathology is desirable.
Requirements:
