The Resort Transportation Driver is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed. The successful candidate is professional, personable, and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:Β· Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and helping manner
Β· Pickup, transport, and drop off Resort guests to and from Resort, Theme Park, Water Park, Safari, and guest parking lot
Β· Safely load, unload, and transfer luggage in and out of vehicles
Β· Converse with guest while providing information on the property, resort, and amenities offered
Β· Maintain cleanliness of transportation vehicles, work location, property, and hotel perimeter
Β· Transport guest and luggage from Resort Lodge to their accommodations
Β· Tags articles and stores luggage in an organize manner
Β· Ensure the appropriate amount of transport vehicles and seats are available prior to guest arrival based on reservation size
Β· Communicate guests needs and information to Front Desk staff in a timely manner
Β· Supplies guests with travel information, such as transportation information, routes and schedules
Β· Act as a runner for Front Desk team as needed
Β· Assists other departments as needed
Qualifications:Β· 18 years or older

Β· Must have Valid driverβs license in good standing and pass the Six Flags Driving Test
Β· Operate the Front Desk system to confirm arrival times, reservation size, and complete vehicle registration
