What you'll bring

Position Summary

The Cook II participates in the preparation, production & service of menu items according to the direction of their manager. The Cook II is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items following established recipes and safety standards. This position requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards. This position reports to the Executive Chef.

Preferred work schedule and shift availability is full time in the evening from 2pm to 11pm

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, participate in pre and post shift cleaning and organization to include but not limited to kitchen equipment, walk in fridge/freezer storage, dry storage, trash, recycle, mopping, sweeping
  • Prepare & serve food items according to standardized recipes and chef specifications
  • Follow daily preparation list to ensure items are ready for service
  • Assist with storage of food deliveries
  • Report any problems with food product, kitchen equipment or work area to a Chef/Sous chef
  • Work a food station during service, including direct guest interaction if working in a guest facing restaurant
  • Ensure Manager is aware of guest comments and concerns
  • Safely operate and train others on the operation of various kitchen equipment to include oven, grill, flattop, soup kettles, slicers, robo-coupe, immersion blender
  • Ensure accurate portion sizes and presentation of dishes to meet both quality standards and customer expectations
  • Manage cooking times to ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner, especially during peak hours

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper training for Call Center operations.
  • Review training requests based on Call Center needs.
  • Develop, execute, and track training opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage employee conduct within Call Center.
  • Manage hiring processes for new employees.
  • Generate monthly progress reports.
  • Review corporate expenditure and billing documents.
  • Oversee Dispatcher Shift Bid process.
  • Provide Federal Management operational effectiveness reports.
  • Optimize dispatch program performance.
  • Recommend equipment needs and replacement.

Officiate youth games with a focus on safety, fairness, and fun. Apply game rules consistently and confidently to maintain competitive integrity. Make timely, accurate calls using sound knowledge of rules and officiating mechanics. Maintain control of games, handling disputes or concerns respectfully and professionally.

Communication & Collaboration

Communicate clearly with coaches, players, and fellow officials before, during, and after games. Address coach or player concerns calmly and constructively, supporting continuous improvement. Model sportsmanship and integrity at all times, promoting a healthy and respectful youth sports environment.

Reliability & Professionalism

Requirements

MUST BE OVER 21 - Prior experience as a referee is essential and should include working with youth athletes. Management or leadership experience is requiredpreferably in a sports, coaching, or event setting. Thorough knowledge of rules and regulations, with the ability to enforce them consistently and fairly. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions clearly and confidently to players, coaches, and parents. Strong problem-solving abilities to address on-field challenges calmly and effectively. Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to attending all scheduled games and events. Comfortable working with children and creating a fun, positive, and respectful environment. Must be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings throughout the season. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing field setup and breakdown tasks without limitations.
