As an Automated Logistical Specialist, similar to a laborer or freight mover, you’ll perform maintenance management and warehouse functions in order to maintain equipment records. You’ll oversee incoming supplies and equipment, simplify and standardize maintenance data, and raise the quality and accuracy of performance, cost, and parts data through improved maintenance management.

The Pharmacist Retail supervises all staff personnel activities.
Enforces all pharmacy departmental policies and procedures.
Helps develop departmental procedures with assistance from pharmacy staff members and personnel from other departments to ensure optimal delivery of retail pharmacy services.
Manages site-specific pharmacy information systems.
Performs daily pharmacist activities as needed.
Performs duties as assigned by the Administrator JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/Entity as well as the proper release of information.
Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.
Demonstrates/models the Network's Service Excellence Standards of Performance in interactions with all customers (internal and external).
Maintains a high level of Customer Service.
Assures completion of Customer Complaint documentation and follow-up per Homestar policy and reports customer service issues to Administration.
Demonstrates Performance Improvement in the following areas as appropriate: Clinical Care/Outcomes, Customer/Service Improvement.
Operational System/Process, and Safety.
Demonstrates financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and practices.
Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding attendance and dress code.
Demonstrates competency in the assessment, range of treatment knowledge of growth and development and communication appropriate to the age of the patient treated Performs daily pharmacist activities as needed.
Assures that staff completes daily responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
Coordinates personnel scheduling.
Develops departmental budgets, goals and objectives and investigates potential budget issues.
Resolves problems, situations or questions concerning medication therapy or logistics between Pharmacy and other hospital departments.
Assists in developing departmental policies and procedures.
Responsible for submitting payroll in accordance with Network policies and procedures.
Coordinates, maintains, and troubleshoots site-specific pharmacy information systems.
Oversees procurement, storage, reconciliation controlled substance systems.
Reports to DEA as required.
Assists with review of pharmacy-related patient and family educational materials.
Oversees and coordinates site-specific MEDS bedside delivery service assuring adequate staffing and training, timeliness and accuracy, and service excellence.
Reports and tracks medication errors.
Takes appropriate measures to prevent errors and takes measures to correct.
Serves as a medication resource to patients and other departments.
Assures patient medication related counseling is offered.
Assures that referral tracking data is maintained accurately and completely.
Assists in the development of and oversees new projects and services.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Frequent fingering and handling.
Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
Occasionally stooping and bending.
Rarely crouching and reaching above shoulder level.
Hearing as it relates to normal conversation, high and low frequency.
Seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, peripheral vision, and visual monotony.
EDUCATION: B.S., Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years retail supervisory/management experience.
