Project Manager
This Project Manager will be responsible for a multi-year modernization project that is highly complex and requires extensive change management, vendor management, and experience with Microsoft DevOps.
This role works closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership in the delivery of the project while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
The Project Manager (PM) leads the modernization project team responsible for achieving project objectives. The PM plans, manages, and communicates project activities, ensuring the project is delivered according to the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
A collaborative leadership style is critical for success in this role. The environment relies on Agile Scrum self-managed teams, requiring a servant-leader project manager.
General Responsibilities
- Monitor and communicate project progress by actively managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
- Understand business and technical objectives and collaborate closely with Product Owners.
- Provide clear, timely, and accurate communication to stakeholders regarding project status using appropriate communication methods.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

- Complete the project tailoring process to determine required deliverables.
- Review and understand vendor contracts to ensure proper management of vendor deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing projects with budgets greater than $20 million
- 5+ years of Agile Scrum experience (must be documented in the resume)
- The past 5 years must include experience as a Project Manager on IT projects
- Experience managing IT projects within large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset
- Experience working with multiple project managers to coordinate technology integration

This position will function as the IT Technical Support Transition and Knowledge Transfer Manager to coordinate/facilitate the specific activities within their realm of responsibility that includes IT technical support transition in all program areas. This role will help define, schedule, control, and adjust all IT transition tasks of the project. This role is a specialized project manager responsible for the facilitation of the IT technical support transition and technical knowledge transfer.
Position Responsibilities:
· Lead and facilitate the execution of the approved transition plan and report progress to leadership
· Serve as primary point of accountability between the System Integrator, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders
· Enforce knowledge transfer, documentation, and vendor exit requirements
· Ensure operational readiness, security compliance, and disaster recovery preparedness
· Identify risks and escalate issues with mitigation recommendations

Position Qualifications:
· 5+ years of IT experience, preferably as an IT Technical Transition Manager, including matrix management experience leading business, vendor, and/or technology teams
· 3–5 years of experience in IT management, technical program management, and/or application or infrastructure operations leadership
· Demonstrated experience transitioning systems from vendor-led to internally supported, or on-premises to cloud environments
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple testing activities within the program simultaneously
· Strong understanding and knowledge of .NET application architectures
· Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including App Services / Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Application Insights, and Azure RBAC and managed identities
· Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and operational monitoring
· Understanding of public sector IT governance, security, and compliance requirements
· Strong vendor management, stakeholder communication skills and contract enforcement skills

Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development in our Uniform Division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. Sales Representatives will also transport samples of products for presentations. Cintas provides a thorough sales training program, which includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies.

Required:

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. The duties of the Lead Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
* Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack boxes, cartons and totes of merchandise; stock merchandise, restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays.
* Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays.
* Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
* Open and close the store under specific direction of the Store Manager.
* Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, in their absence.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
* Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
* Understanding of safety policies and practices.
* Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
* Ability to perform cash register functions.
* Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
* Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money.
WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Frequent walking and standing
* Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling to run check out station, stock merchandise and unload trucks; which may also require the ability to push and/or pull rolltainers for stocking merchandise
* Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment such as handheld scanners, pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers, two-wheel dollies, U-boats (six-wheel carts), and rolltainers
* Frequent and proper lifting of up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds
* Occasional climbing (using step ladder) up to heights of six feet
* Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level
* Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
* Occasional or regular driving/providing own transportation to make bank deposits, attend management meetings and travel to other Dollar General stores.
