As a Travel Consultant, you'll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. What You'll Do

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) - Sabre
• Ensure compliance to customers' agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
• Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
• Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

What You'll Do

• Case Resolution
  • Receive, research, analyze and resolve service-related issues and communicate findings to all parties involved.
  • Effectively and concisely communicate verbally and/or via email with traveler(s), internal personnel, and vendors.
  • Educate traveler/management/frontline agents when an error is identified and corrective action is required.
  • Able to remain calm and professional when working with service escalations considering the needs of both CWTSatoTravel and the client.
  • Able to use a data drive tracking and entry tool to log, update and document all interactions.
  • Serves as the point of contact for customers to address customer and operational issues

• Personnel Management
  • Schedules and plans work time to meet personal and department productivity goals
  • Submits complete and accurate timesheets regularly
  • Collaborates with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolutions

• Other Duties
  • May perform other duties as back up to other team personnel as assigned
  • May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• Education
  • High school diploma or country equivalent
  • Travel school certification or degree preferred
• Experience
  • 3+ years of proven industry experience required (5+ preferred)
  • Travel consultant experience required
  • Military and government travel experience required
• Languages
  • English fluent – written and spoken
  • 2nd language a plus

In this role, you'll join our U.S. Military and Government team, specializing in seamless travel management services to our federal clients.

As a Travel Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service to defense & government travelers before, during, and after their business trips. What You'll Do

• Creates domestic and international travel arrangements for clients to include air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
• Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences

Duties and Responsibilities

As a BPA, you help protect the U.S. by securing borders, stopping illegal activity, and supporting economic stability.

Typical assignments include:

• Apprehending undocumented individuals or smugglers using covert surveillance and infrared scopes
• Tracking and interpreting signs of illegal entry
• Performing farm, traffic, building, city, and transport checks
• Patrolling using vehicles, horses, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, or motorcycles

Qualifications

GL-9: One year of specialized experience at the next lower level, including:

• Searching detained persons, vehicles, and surroundings
• Apprehending or restraining suspects in violation of law
• Using firearms, writing reports, serving warrants, and gathering case evidence

GS-11: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, including:

• Using intelligence to monitor criminal threats and operations
• Leading fraud or contraband investigations
• Apprehending violators using surveillance and detection tech

There is no education substitution for GL-9 or GS-11 positions.

Other Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Residency: Must have lived primarily in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years
• Age: Must be referred before turning 40 (exceptions for federal or veteran law enforcement)
• Veterans: May qualify under Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA)

Formal Training: After hiring, agents attend the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, NM for 6 months of instruction in immigration law, firearms, defensive tactics, Spanish, and more.
