Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your fellow EMTs and management to assure top tier patient care.
• Be flexible as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business.
• Remain up to date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and uses and all certifications, licenses and registrations.
• Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
• Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.
• Provide top tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.
• Operate and drive the ambulance in accordance with safety policies and laws, showing due regard for all applicable State and Regional Regulations (DMV & DOH)
• Maintain rig cleanliness by stocking the rigs and taking ownership of your space.
• Gather patient billing information and appropriate billing signatures.
• Prepare and submit a pre-hospital patient care report.
• Respond promptly to assignments as required by the Dispatch Center.
• Excellent verbal communication skill

Qualifications:

• NJ State Certification or NREMT (minimum)
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record (must have had driver's license for a minimum of 2 years)
• Valid CPR Card for the Health Care Provider
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 125 lbs. or more
• At least 2 years of experience as an EMT (required)
• Experience and comfort driving a box truck (preferred)
• Previous 911 or CCT experience OR experience on an ALS transport vehicle in which you as the EMT were involved in patient care
• Successfully complete Physical Aptitude Test

The Senior Corporate Paralegal will support a busy and fast-paced Corporate Practice Group within a regional law firm. This position is responsible for preparing, filing, and managing a wide range of corporate governance documents, supporting corporate transactions, and coordinating due diligence and closings. The role is essential to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality support to attorneys and clients. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with extensive corporate paralegal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file business entity documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, including formation documents, amendments, board minutes, actions by consent, operating agreements, and name changes.
• Maintain, update, and organize corporate minute books and electronic corporate records.
• Prepare due diligence documentation and assist with corporate and real estate closings, including document organization, proofreading, tracking, and final execution.
• Support corporate transactions and assist with preparing documents required for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal corporate governance.
• Prepare summaries for disclosure documents and coordinate execution of closing materials.
• Conduct UCC and other corporate searches and prepare related filings, including federal regulatory filings.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Minimum of 10 years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally within a mid-size or large law firm or corporate legal department.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex corporate matters and transactions.

Title: EPIC Trainer- Revenue Integrity (Instructional Designer)

Location: Voorhees Township, Hybrid schedule (1-3 days onsite/wk depending on in-person training schedule)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, day shift

Must Haves:

• 1 - 3 years of prior training experience in roles such as Instructional Designer, EPIC application trainer, clinical preceptor, or clinical instructor
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and operational workflows; technical experience in EPIC applications
• Experience with one of the following modules: HB, PB, Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central

Day to Day

The InstructionalDesigner is responsible for managing the Epic curriculum architecture and overseeing all aspects of planning, designing, developing, and implementing training for designated applications for the Revenue Integrity Department. The Instructional Designer will train on the revenue cycle for end users in Registration, Access Center, Unit Secretaries, Bed Planning, Schedulers, Precert Team, Billing for both the Hospital and the Medical Group. This role includes creating and maintaining course curricula, developing realistic practice scenarios and exercises, and building, testing, and maintaining the training environment. The Instructional Designer will educate, credential, mentor, and support Credentialed Trainers, deliver end-user education, and implement tools to measure training success. Collaboration with organizational leaders, application analysts, and clinical educators is essential to ensure workflows are accurately reflected in the system and that end users can fully utilize application functionality. The position requires mastering both Epic applications and Virtua-specific workflows to guide training development and system updates.

Key responsibilities include
