We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a world renowned organisation whose equipment is used across rental, aviation, construction, entertainment, government, military, industrial, warehouse and retail sectors. This Maintenance Technician role offers the chance to work on a wide range of production equipment while contributing to operational reliability and continuous improvement.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently within a fast paced manufacturing environment. This Maintenance Technician position is based in Redmond, WA and offers a structured four day working week.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4 day week

Working hours: 5:00 or 5:30am start to 3:30 or 4:00pm finish

Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per biweekly pay period

As the Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will include

• Perform maintenance, repair, installation and assembly work on production equipment and facility systems

• Diagnose equipment faults and implement effective repair solutions

• Complete preventative maintenance activities to minimise downtime

• Support installation of electrical, air and water supply systems

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment in line with operational standards

As the Maintenance Technician you will bring

• Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and maintenance documentation

• Understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes

• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to plan and prioritise maintenance tasks

• Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement practices
