Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process materials, environmental samples, finished goods, and samples.
Document testing procedures, data, and equipment usage accurately.
Identify quality issues and recommend solutions.
Calibrate, validate, and maintain lab and QA equipment.
Reduce color variation and monitor product consistency during production.
Perform wet and dry product testing according to QC plan (e.g., XRite, AC Ratio, Absorption, Permeability, Gapping, Walkability).
Conduct visual inspections of processes and finished goods daily.
Assist with troubleshooting and process improvement projects.
Requirements & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training/certification preferred.
