POSITION PURPOSE
The Nurse Leader (NL) is a licensed registered nurse (RN) accountable for leading, managing & advancing people, processes & / or programs that support direct or indirect patient care. The NL promotes & advocates for patients, nurses / colleagues & the practice of nursing as defined by clinical area(s) of expertise & assignment.
FUNCTIONAL ROLE

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and bachelor’s degree is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Current Iowa RN license, (MercyOne Genesis - current Registered Nurse (RN) license in either Iowa or Illinois is required at the time of hire. A secondary RN license for the other state must be obtained within 12 months of the hire date.) At least two (2) years of relevant clinical nursing experience is required.
Relevant supervisory experience is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training is required within six (6) months of hire.
Specialty practice certification is preferred.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab | Dubuque, IA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x9 hr shifts, 0645 – 1615, 36 hrs/week
Call/Weekends: 50% call, including every other weekend & every other holiday
Unit Info:
- Patients/Scans per day: 4
- Equipment: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella, IABP, Acist Injector
- Scrubs: Light blue, hospital provided
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
- Role: Primary/Secondary circulator in Cath Lab (will NOT scrub)
Requirements:
- Minimum 24 months experience in Cardiac/Cath Lab
- EPIC CUPID EMR experience highly preferred
- Must have completed at least 1 travel contract in the past 12 months (no first-time travelers)
- Equipment experience: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella, IABP, Acist Injector
- Med Surg, Tele, or Med/Tele experience – 24 months current required
- Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate at time of submission
- Professional reference from a supervisor/charge nurse within 24 months preferred
- Driver’s license required
Certifications:

As the Home and Community Based Services Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be providing direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician to acutely ill, and/or chronically ill patients in their homes as well as recording clinical and progress notes; and coordinating other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care in the geographic service area to which she/he is assigned. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team, following all applicable infection control procedures
- Documents patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements in the electronic medical record utilizing the agency's electronic visit verification program (as applicable)
- Actively participates in the agency's care coordination process including timely reporting patients' needs and changes in condition, attending patient case conference, communicating effectively to the patient, family, physician, other clinicians, agency management staff, and case coordinator, community case managers (as applicable)

The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $48.99 to $73.48 per hour. A&C is seeking a *Licensed Civil Engineer* to join our Civil Engineering Department at our office located in Watertown, NY.
The successful candidate will work with our Civil Engineering team working on designs related to land planning, site, roadway, and utility infrastructure design. Being a relatively smaller design firm, this position will also include such duties as construction inspection, AutoCAD drafting, project design, preliminary design markups, design calculations, report preparation, client meetings and board meeting presentations. Within this position you will work managing projects under the general guidance of a principal.
This position will require fieldwork travel.
