POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Advancement will lead fundraising strategy and execution during a pivotal time for the Players. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Artistic Director, Marketing, and the Board of Trustees, this position will focus on three core priorities: leading a capital campaign, establishing a robust planned giving program, and significantly increasing contributed revenue from our subscriber and donor base.

This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who loves building relationships, can work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and board leadership, and is energized by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at an established arts organization poised for growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:


  • Lead comprehensive facilities oversight across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, medical gas, and critical building infrastructure systems in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Working Hours:

  • Typical hours are 7am – 4pm Monday – Friday with occasional weekend project work which will be balanced. Secondary on call representative after the on-call maintenance staff.

Work experience:

  • 10+ years in facilities maintenance operations, or related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role; healthcare setting strongly preferred.
