Due to the high demand in services in this bustling practice setting, we are seeking to add to our Dermatology Team. Based at our South University campus in Fargo, be the first Advanced Practice Provider to join this team-oriented, fast-paced and collaborative group of 3 Dermatologists and experienced clinical support staff. This position would assist in MOHS Surgery, perform skin excisions, and provide pre & post operative care of patients after initial consultations are performed by the dermatologists.

- 16-20 patients per day with potential to increase based on provider?s comfort level
- No call/no inpatient rounding

Our Neonatology team is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to care for newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at our Fargo, ND campus. This opportunity will allow us to enhance our program?s development as our birthing population continues to increase throughout the market.

This APP will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to individual patients and families across the continuum of care. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Interpersonal Requirements:
Advanced practice providers in Behavioral Health are limited to the provision of mental health services, specifically for individuals experiencing symptoms of a mental health diagnosis and who are in need of mental health services.
- Conducting health screenings and psychiatric evaluations.
- Prescribing, monitoring, managing, and evaluating psychopharmacological medications.
- Providing integrated mental health services in general health settings.
- Collaborating with psychiatrists, seeking consultation when necessary, and referring patients to other providers when necessary.
- Collaborating within the interdisciplinary team to promote behavioral health services on the continuum of care.
In addition, the candidate should possess:
- Highly developed analytical critical thinking and organizational skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and to use tact, discretion, and diplomacy when working with others.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in an environment of multiple demands and use of good judgment in emergency situations.
- Keyboard skills and basic computer skills.
A Behavioral Health APP is able to utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. This APP will provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health

In addition to the responsibilities of this APP as defined in the description, this provider is responsible for providing and supporting behavioral health services to individual patients and families across the continuum of care.
Education:
- Master?s or Doctorate degree in a related field from an accredited institution with a specialty focus in mental health. Must be certified by a professional organization in order to exercise advanced competencies including (a) mental health promotion and (b) the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic psychiatric conditions.
Licensure/Certifications:
- Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) ? Psychiatry Certification of Added Qualifications (CAQ)
- State licensure as either a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) with a Psychiatry Certification of Added Qualifications (CAQ) with graduate coursework in:
o Advanced health assessment (to include both physical and mental health).
o Pathophysiology (or neurophysiology/biophysiology).

o Diagnosis and medication management of psychiatric illness (clinical practicum)
o AND have supervised clinical training at the graduate or post-graduate level
