Our showroom is located at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon, CA, offering a one-of-a-kind, curated collection. We also provide custom jewelry design services with our trained gemologists to create unique pieces.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in San Ramon, CA for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day operations in the store. The role also involves training, mentoring, and motivating sales staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience working with gemologists or a background in gemology is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in San Ramon, CA
