Job Summary:
We are seeking an 10 Years experienced Project Manager to lead and manage application operations and change initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery — from planning and stakeholder communication to execution, risk management, and implementation — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage change and application operations projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring appropriate resourcing and skill alignment.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance against targets.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate change management initiatives including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training activities to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, risk controls, and relevant organizational policies
Analyst/Operational Expectations:
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks with precision and adherence to established procedures.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work outputs aligned with agreed service levels and customer expectations.
- Escalate policy breaches or operational issues as required and take ownership of assigned duties.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, manage risk, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain an understanding of how daily tasks contribute to team goals and overall organizational processes.
- Follow detailed instructions and procedures to resolve issues in straightforward situations.
- Execute first-line customer service interactions, addressing queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Engage effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain smooth operational support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in application operations or change management roles.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification preferred.
