Job Summary:

We are seeking an 10 Years experienced Project Manager to lead and manage application operations and change initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery — from planning and stakeholder communication to execution, risk management, and implementation — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage change and application operations projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring appropriate resourcing and skill alignment.
  • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance against targets.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for project stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training activities to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, risk controls, and relevant organizational policies


Analyst/Operational Expectations:

  • Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks with precision and adherence to established procedures.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality work outputs aligned with agreed service levels and customer expectations.
  • Escalate policy breaches or operational issues as required and take ownership of assigned duties.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, manage risk, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain an understanding of how daily tasks contribute to team goals and overall organizational processes.
  • Follow detailed instructions and procedures to resolve issues in straightforward situations.
  • Execute first-line customer service interactions, addressing queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Engage effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain smooth operational support.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in application operations or change management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification preferred.
