Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pay Range: $97,300 - $146,100 annual total cash target pay
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay ($32/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. • Monitors the welding, burning, and fitting process to ensure parts are not overheated or damaged by warping, distortion, expansion, or shrinkage.
• Modify existing equipment to improve production efficiency or meet operational requirements.
• Prepares, assembles, and tacks weld parts and surfaces to be welded.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings to complete projects accurately.
• Ensure all fabricated equipment meets food safety and sanitary welding standards for food manufacturing.
• Grind, polish, and finish welds to maintain hygienic surfaces suitable for food production.
• Work closely with the maintenance and engineering teams to support plant projects and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and fabrication shop area.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and food safety policies (GMPs).

Assists with Lab technical activities related to all of the refinery processes and products including test methodology, equipment purchases, and equipment calibration and repair.
