Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring managers to fill a variety of positions within Pyle, primarily focused on drivers, mechanics, and operations roles. This role will also support the development and growth of partnerships with trade and technical schools to build strong talent pipelines. The TA Partner will take a proactive approach to recruiting by anticipating hiring needs based on business volume and hiring trends.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Performing full-life cycle recruiting for open positions including: developing successful recruitment strategies, sourcing & screening candidates, participating in onsite interviews, soliciting feedback, and extending/negotiating offers
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and the position qualifications and skills required to fill vacancies throughout company
• Leveraging and maintaining data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements
• Developing and sourcing a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, search agencies, etc.
• Teaming with approved external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates
• Learning all levels of the organization, and be able to make decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

• 2+ years' experience in recruiting; Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience managing multiple requisitions for different types of roles while supporting different hiring managers
• Proven success meeting hiring deadlines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with affirmative action plans & diversity recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is assisting a signal processing and optical telecommunications client of ours in identifying an Embedded Software Development Engineer for a direct-hire opening. The Embedded Software Development Engineer designs, implements, and tests embedded software features running on both in-house developed and commercial hardware platforms.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for optical telecommunications equipment.
• Develop software in C/C++ for embedded Linux SoC systems and microprocessors.
• Collaborate closely with hardware design engineers to support rapid embedded software development: Provide software input during schematic design reviews and assist with board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Support the production team with software testing and production workflows
• Provide customer technical support, including bug fixes and implementation of new software features
• Recreate customer-reported issues and test scenarios using optical laboratory test equipment
• Participate in project planning, task estimation, and schedule development
• Contribute to system-level design and embedded software architecture

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in embedded C
• 3-5 years in embedded software engineering
• Experience leading software engineering projects (project management experience)
• Experience developing software for embedded Linux systems
• Ability to debug software at the Linux and embedded system level

Contract to hire

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)– Newtown Square, PA

The candidate will be a team player in a technology organization responsible for Middleware Infrastructure environment. The organization consists of highly trained system engineers and administrators, whose responsibilities include sustaining, engineering and production support of our Middleware environments. At client, Middleware technologies include OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers, Kafka, Apigee, IBM ESB, IBM MQ, Java, Tomcat, Apache, IIS etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Middleware products/environments including new installations, upgrades, maintenance and tuning, monitoring and capacity planning.
• Provide system/technical expertise while managing application deployments and troubleshooting application and platform issues.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational On-Call production Middleware Infrastructure administration support for business-critical applications.
• Design, build and manage OpenShift clusters across Development, test and production environments.
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, Git or similar

Required Qualifications:

Tier4 Group is seeking a driven IT MAWM Technology Analyst to support and evolve enterprise‑wide IT initiatives centered on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to system configuration, integrations, extensions, and advanced support—helping ensure our technology ecosystem scales with current and future business needs.

You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business partners, vendors, and QA teams while owning complex configurations, integrations, and L2/L3 troubleshooting in a fast‑paced warehouse and supply chain environment.

What You’ll Do
