Advising clients on a broad range of state and local tax matters, including tax planning, structuring, and controversy.

Representing clients in state tax controversy matters, including audits, appeals, and litigation.

Providing tax planning and structuring advice to clients in various industries.

Addressing remediation of state tax exposure for clients, including identification of potential tax risks and development of mitigation strategies.
5.
Handling matters related to unclaimed property and escheatment, including advising clients on compliance and representing them in disputes.
6.
Staying up-to-date with changes in state and local tax laws and regulations, and advising clients accordingly.
Qualifications: 1.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a focus on state and local tax matters.
3.
Experience in state tax controversy matters, including audits, appeals, and litigation.
4.
Proven track record of providing tax planning and structuring advice to clients.
5.
Experience in addressing remediation of state tax exposure for clients.
6.
Knowledge of and experience with unclaimed property and escheatment matters.
7.
Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
8.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9.
Admitted to practice law in Michigan (MI) and in good standing.

Job Title:- Production Supervisor
Duration:- 12- Months- position (May go Longer)
Location:- Detroit MI and Wentzville MO
Shift:-
Daily Schedule/Shift Monday-Saturday. Candidate could work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift. It is a rotating shift. Sometimes they will work on Sundayβs, too.
***Production Supervisor for General Assembly**
Candidates will NEED to be flexible working all three shifts.
Candidate will start on the 1st shift for the first week. Within he first week, they will know which shift.
Every three weeks, candidates will be required to work 7 days a week.
Two Saturdays on, 1 Saturday off. The candidate could be working 13 days in a row! At one point!
If counterparts are on vacation, they will be required to work 12 hours and cover half the shift between the two people.
1st Shift: 6am-3:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift: 10pm-7:00am
Job Responsibilities:
The main function of a production supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
β’ Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
β’ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
β’ Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
β’ Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Skills:
β’ Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage oneβs time.
β’ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
β’ Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
β’ Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
Education/Experience:
β’ High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
β’ 10+ years experience required.
Education Requirements: High school diploma and or GED.
Years of experience requirement: 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Manufacturing experience- Looking to see if they have union management, continuous improvement items, projects they have worked on previous roles. If someone has been bouncing around from one position to another, I will not consider them.
Union Experience is a must!
Mechanically Inclined- Someone who has previous automotive maintenance experience that is ok with supporting Production in the body shop.

- Associateβs Degree (ADN) or above nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning
- Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies

- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting preferred
- ACLS, PALS certification preferred
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedure
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require any type of urgent medical care
- Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
- Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
- Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
- Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
