This role will primarily be focused on counseling in the areas of technology transactions, data security, and AI governance.
Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES -Provide guidance and counseling to colleagues across the global business regarding the acquisition, use, and offering of tech-focused products and services.

Negotiate and resolve related disputes prior to litigation.
-Counsel and participate in Medline’s Global IT Leadership Team, AI Steering Committee, and AI working group.
-Serve as counselor and embedded strategic advisor on enterprise-wide technology projects.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Juris Doctor degree.
Certification / Licensure Member of a state bar in good standing.
Work Experience 4 or more years of post-law school experience at a law firm and/or in-house at a corporation.

• In addition to construction improvements, lead the coordination of other vendors (rack, low voltage, furniture etc.) to operations team with successful startup.
• Assess building assets to ensure top performance.
Conduct audits to review quality of building systems and components.
Manage action items as a result of audit to get a site’s systems and components optimized.
• Participate in the implementation of standardized programs to ensure high quality is maintained for all projects.
Create or enhance existing protocols for all aspects of a project.

Minimum Job Requirements 15+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in application modernization and full stack microservices development on AKS and cloud platforms (particularly Azure).
10+ years of experience with diverse programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, etc.) and the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs to drive adoption of new solutions across the organization.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining platform tools, frameworks, and automation to improve productivity and streamline the SDLC.

The Senior Paralegal will be part of the Corporate Secretarial team, working closely with the Compensation, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Finance teams and playing a critical role in the Company’s compliance with Securities laws, Nasdaq listing requirements, and Medline’s governance policies.
Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Section 16 compliance, including maintaining Edgar codes, tracking director and officer stock holdings, preparing and filing Forms 3, 4, and 5 through Workiva, and coordinating with compensation and equity teams to ensure accurate disclosure.
Lead key aspects of preparation of the Company’s proxy statement and annual meeting of stockholders, including tracking and preparing beneficial ownership disclosure, preparing and managing the Company’s proxy calendar and budget, coordinating with proxy distributor and inspector of elections, and preparing meeting materials (agendas, scripts, rules of conduct, and logistics).
Support Board of Directors and Committee operations, including preparing agendas, supporting drafting of minutes and resolutions, compiling meeting materials in Diligent, and maintaining Board minute books and other records.
Support insider trading compliance, including tracking pre-clearances and blackout windows, preparing quarterly blackout notices, maintaining records such as special blackout lists and stock trading plans, and identifying and implementing process improvements.
Manage quarterly securities compliance activities, including pre-population, distribution, and review of director and officer questionnaires and related party questionnaires, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with accounting and finance.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or ABA approved Paralegal Certificate.
Work Experience 5+ years of substantive experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with a focus on public company securities and corporate governance matters.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, corporate governance practices, and public company compliance.
