We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain machinery while performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Location: Rockford, MN

Wage: $25 – $35/hour (Based on experience & qualifications)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duties of the maintenance technician position:

• Utilize a variety of tools, including standard hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical/electronic testing devices
• Assemble, install, and repair machinery, equipment, and related systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Start, operate, and monitor machinery to detect and address operational abnormalities
• Set up and adjust machines
• Calibrate and fine-tune machine controls
• Adhere to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety protocols

Requirements of the maintenance technician position:

• At least 3 or more years of maintenance background
• Hydraulic / pneumatic experience required
• Able to read blueprints / schematics
• Required to pass pre-employment drug screening / background check
