- Managing time frames in between injections and knowledge of which visits will require what injection (Durolane/Hyaluronic Acid) Verifying insurance and receiving prior auth if needed.
- Set up the ultrasound/upload image series to Paxera for review.
- Download Paxera ultrasound reports and attach to chart for billing.
- Prepare imaging discs for sport medicine patients.
- Assist with casting and cast removal.
- Fitting patients for splints, boots and crutches when needed.
- Preparing tray set ups for all sports medicine procedures including drawing up the medication that will be used in the correct dose.
- Assist with procedures.
- Completing sports medicine intake process for all patients. Being thorough and detail oriented in entering in the EMR.
- Answering and addressing sports medicine inboxes including EMR, voice and email.
- Manage sports medicine supplies and inventory.

These are B2B customers with a piece of equipment down and need a replacement engine ASAP. Most sales are very quick happening within a day or two of first contact.

Job Duties:

* Take inbound customer parts and engine sales calls/email leads, zero to little cold calling
* Assist the customer in selecting the correct engine part for their application
* Matching engines schematics and part numbers
* Interfacing with OEM and Aftermarket vendor parts and ordering systems
* Interfacing with QuickBooks Inventory, Invoicing and Purchase Order Systems
* Providing excellent customer service, post sale follow-up and shipment tracking
* Troubleshoot common engine problems and handle basic warranty issues
* Ability to work in a high paced, high lead volume work environment
* Business Development and Key Account Management as Needed
* Light Warehouse and Forklift Duty as Needed

Job Qualifications:

* 5+ Years of Sales Experience
* Knowledge of diesel or automotive parts strongly preferred
* Basic Computer and CRM knowledge required
* Experience in offroad, conversions, 4x4, jeep swaps, or performance engines a plus.
* Dealership or automotive sales experience a plus

Base Salary, Plus Commission - estimated income when fully trained - $100,000-$150,000/year
