• Collect the necessary documentation from title companies, builders, lenders, and appraisers to ensure complete information and authorization for the draw has been obtained.
  
• Analyze the draw request to monitor construction progress and mitigate risk for customer and bank.
  
• Order progress inspections from appraisers as needed.
  
• Provide your analysis and request approval from lenders where applicable.
  
• Work with wire department or frontline to fund draw requests, or fund internal accounts directly.

• Provide onsite nursing care, assessments, triage, referrals, and followup for injuries and illnesses.
• Manage workers compensation cases and support returntowork and fitforduty processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and company health and safety policies.
• Administer programs including drug/alcohol testing, hearing conservation, emergency response, and safety training.
• Maintain accurate medical records and OSHA documentation.
• Promote wellness through education, early intervention, and resource awareness.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, management, and healthcare providers to support employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years of occupational health nursing experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and workers compensation.
• Strong communication, organization, and casemanagement skills.
• CAOHC and COHN/COHNS certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; current CPR certification.
