Promote and manage lifestyle amenities such as fitness centers, and social spaces.
Acting as the friendly bridge between current residents, sales teams, and potential residents.
Using your creativity to dream up engaging events that bring neighbors together and build lasting friendships.
Gathering feedback from residents to tailor events they’ll love.
Managing and sharing the community events calendar—because everyone needs to know when the next taco night is! Planning, executing, and attending events (yes, you get to enjoy them too!).
Championing community outreach and showcasing our lifestyle to future residents.
Giving tours and presentations that make people say, “I want to live here!” Keeping leadership in the loop with updates and event highlights.
Pitching in with other tasks like answering phones, checking messages, and keeping our space looking great.
