SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER (LAND DEVELOPMENT)

JOB SUMMARY

The Land Development Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and coordination of site development projects from initial due diligence through permitting and construction planning. This role includes conducting zoning and site feasibility reviews, preparing concept and site plan drawings, and designing stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and utility systems. The engineer also performs hydrology calculations, develops construction cost estimates, prepares technical reports and correspondence, and coordinates with clients, agencies, attorneys, and project teams to ensure successful project approvals and implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Zoning reviews – Review of municipal zoning and land development ordinances and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property.
• Site Investigation & Due Diligence –Review of ordinances, utility service research, outside agency regulations and site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines.
• Preparation of Concept Drawings – Preparation of concept plan based upon client’s development objectives and conclusions of due diligence.
• Design of Stormwater Management & Stormwater Conveyance Systems – Design includes use of AutoCAD/LDD and Hydrology design software. Skills should include preparation of pipe sizing calculations for stormwater conveyance systems including drainage area maps, surface runoff coefficients, invert, slope, velocity & hydraulic grade line evaluation using the Rational Method & Manning’s Equation.
• Grading Design –Value engineering through earthwork analysis and site safety via appropriate design slopes.
• Design of Utility Systems – Design including stormwater conveyance, sanitary sewer service, pump station design, water, gas, telephone service, etc. Also involves determination and resolution of vertical and horizontal utility conflicts that may exist.
• Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Design – Design includes stability calculations, best management practices, swale design, spillway design, and determination of construction sequence.
• Preparation of Written Correspondence – Communicate with outside agencies, client, attorney, contractor, etc. Also includes preparation of technical reports including drainage, sanitary sewer and site investigation reports.
• Preparation of Construction Cost Estimates - Based on site plan drawings
• Project Coordination - Includes conferring with client, attorney, and project team with the purpose of preparing a comprehensive site plan application

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a position relevant Engineering field from an ABET-accredited school.

• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ job-related experience

• Licensure/Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) required.

The Building Engineer reports to the Lead Engineer and maintains a working relationship with and takes direction from all Property Managers in his/her area for issues affecting their properties. Issues may range from tenant improvement work to preventive maintenance and repair of all building systems. This must be done in a manner that not only protects, but also maximizes the value of the property. The Building Engineer must exhibit outstanding client service and professionalism in all interactions with tenants and RMR staff. Teamwork and collaboration are critical to this position's success. • Operate, maintain, and log all HVAC and MEP equipment under the direction of their supervisor.
• Complete tenant service requests, and develop and maintain positive tenant relations through prompt, courteous response to tenant requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, as directed by their supervisor. Job Summary

We are seeking a Molding Process Engineer to join our team in the Medical Business.

The Molding Process Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for the support of all internal moulding activities that include product development, validation, qualification and implementation of processes, methods and equipment. Strong process development capabilities are essential.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize injection molding processes for new and existing medical products.
• Collaborate with tooling, quality, and production teams to ensure robust mold designs and process capability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for molding-related defects and process deviations.
• Support mold qualifications, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and documentation.
• Monitor and analyse process data to drive continuous improvement and reduce scrap and downtime.
• Specify and implement process controls to enhance molding performance.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Plastics Engineering or equivalent (5 years in relevant experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Plastics/Polymer processing
• Experience with functioning in a highly regulated environment
• Strong understanding of Polymer technology and test methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing medical devices using various manufacturing technologies
• Excellent process development capabilities
• Experience and proficient with Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Statistical Method Application.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt and Lean Process Background
• Experience working with insert molding
• RJG Master Molder certification or equivalent.

Salary Range: $87K/Annum to $92K/Annum; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

HVAC Development Engineer:

• Establish validation Test Plans for HVAC units, Specifications, Reliability testing and perform the tests in lab per the established plan
• Support build of all IPM and FARR simulation models for the new and legacy products by providing necessary inputs
• Raise Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and track their progress
• Create component specifications to support resourcing and procurement

Duties and Responsibilities (at a minimum):

• Provide process engineering leadership and technical support to Operations and Maintenance, including training, troubleshooting, and optimization of plant performance.
• Provide process set points and operating recommendations and coordinate implementation with the Plant Manager and Chief Operator to optimize plant operation.
