Summary:

The Transportation Planner 1 is an introductory role for someone just starting out in the planning center or in transportation in general. The purpose of this role is to gain an understanding in the end-to-end process. Support Transportation Team Leaders by executing projects including completion of standard work, conducting transportation planning, and assisting other transportation planners within the team. Ensure that transportation decisions to include rates, on-time delivery, and quality create “best value” for both client and the customer. This role will serve as a support function as needed for Planner 2 & 3 responsibilities.

• Project Management – Assists with finding needed resources, developing project plans, and driving project execution.
• Global Business Thinking/Strategizing –Demonstrates regional knowledge of carriers, industry trends, emerging markets and technology.
• Problem Solving- Identifies potential problems, conducts root cause analysis, leads corrective action plan implementation.
• Relationship Management- Works collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders within North America Logistics, shares transportation research with entire enterprise, manages “one Trane Technologies voice” to carrier base.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in 9 Step Problem solving
2. Provide transportation planning for assigned facilities
3. Back up other transportation planners, as required
4. Other duties, as directed

MUST HAVE

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Relative experience required in lieu of degree
• 1-2 yrs customer service, basic transportation – office setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications with emphasis on Outlook, Excel (intermediate), Word, PowerPoint, and Project

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in Supply Chain or Transportation
• Transportation management systems experience required; experience in OTM preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;

The Electrical Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Mooresville, NC. The Manager will oversee safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of workplace safety. Key responsibilities include managing occupational health and safety, conducting safety training sessions, investigating workplace incidents, and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents. Collaboration with teams on Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and industrial safety practices is critical to the role, along with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Comply with OSHA regulations and company requirements.

Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits and provide written reports to the Project Superintendent, 

General Superintendent, Project Manager and the company safety representative.

Analyze worksite safety needs and enforce safety rules by controlling hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities.

Conduct all New Employee safety orientation classes.

Conduct pre planning meeting with PM and Project Superintendent to address specific safety needs and 

provide feedback for improvements.

Maintain documentation on the proper training of employees as related to their scope of work.

Provide Toolbox Talk topics for the weekly jobsite meetings.

Review all safety provisions outlined in GC contracts and provide all necessary documents needed for contract compliance.

Attend all required Jobsite Safety Meetings called by the General Contractor or OSHA Inspector.

Investigate all project accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions and activities and provide reports, 

pictures and witness statements to the company’s Director of Safety.

Maintain and update the company’s Safety Manual as needed.

Maintain and update the company’s SDS Book as needed.

Provide all Site Specific Safety Plans to General Contractors upon request

Conduct all safety training and certification classes to ensure that all safety certification records are current and relevant.

Ensure proper First Aid kits are kept at project offices, company trucks, home office, etc.

Maintain company’s OSHA 300 and 300A documents.

Maintain all Hot Work PPE and ensure yearly recertification of Hot Work equipment is completed.

Sign off on all Hot Work Permit to ensure that proper procedures and safety measures are taken.

Maintain company drug testing program: pre-employment, post-accident / post-incident and random screenings.

Reviewing JHA -Job Hazard Analyses and provide necessary changes to the JHA when the project warrants.

Establish and maintain good working relationships with field management

Train and coach employees in the safety aspects of their jobs

Manage loss control measures to ensure that WC and GL claims are to a minimum so that the company’s 

EMR rating remains below 1.0

Attend training seminars to state up to date on changes in OSHA safety regulations.

Order all PPE for field personnel.

Assist in setting and managing the company’s Safety Budget.

What You’ll Do

• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures following sterile technique
• Operate fluoroscopy, C‑arm, PACS, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Prepare procedure rooms, position patients, and ensure safe and accurate imaging
• Assist physicians during Cath Lab cases, monitor vital signs, and contribute to optimal procedural flow
• Participate in the on‑call rotation, supporting emergent cases when needed

• Flexibility required for on‑call and occasional extended shifts depending on case volume

Pay Range: $30.99 - $50.71 per hour

Position Purpose

The Respiratory Therapist shall be responsible for the administration of respiratory care offered by the Respiratory Care Department

What you will do

• ​Function clinically with a considerable amount of independent judgment regarding the delivery of quality patient care

• Serve as a technical resource person to the physicians and other health care workers, with regard to current practices in respiratory care

• Set up, operate and manage patient care on respiratory related equipment such as mechanical ventilators, NIPPV/CPAP, or High Flow Oxygen devices

• Manage patients on invasive mechanical ventilation modes (AC, PSV, PC, APRV, Bi-level)

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree

• Current State of CT Respiratory Care Practitioner License

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). 

• Thorough knowledge of the procedures and patient care techniques involved in the delivery of respiratory care
