Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 1.
Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
3.
Extensive knowledge of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, court rules, and procedures.
4.
Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.
5.
Experience handling FOIA requests.
6.
Familiarity with family law.
7.
Strong research and report-generating skills.
8.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
9.
Ability to manage large volumes of data and information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
