Opportunity Description

We are seeking an Epic Beaker Certified Analyst to support laboratory operations by analyzing workflows, identifying system capabilities, and implementing sustainable solutions. This role partners closely with lab stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve system issues, and support ongoing system enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with laboratory customers to assess workflows, operational needs, and system optimization opportunities
• Analyze application capabilities and implement best-practice solutions aligned with departmental goals
• Troubleshoot and prioritize break/fix issues, developing scalable, long-term resolutions
• Thoroughly test system changes and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
• Participate in routine system maintenance and quarterly Epic upgrades
• Support optimization initiatives by helping define project scope and ensuring adherence to timelines
• Facilitate Beaker team workgroup meetings and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives
• Participate in shared on-call support rotation

Skills & Experience Required

• AP and CP Epic Beaker experience
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows
• Experience with security, reporting, and results review processes
• Experience with ancillary lab systems or integrations strongly preferred (e.g., RALS, Data Innovations, Blood Bank systems, reference lab interfaces, pathology systems)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• 3 years' experience with appropriate clinical LIS applications support

Education & Certifications

• Epic Beaker CP and/or AP Certification required
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical training

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficient in reading plans and specs across multiple project types.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with estimating software & sites(e.g., Bluebeam, Klaes, Lutron, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience estimating both public and private sector projects is a plus.
• Critical thinker who is solution-oriented.
• Strong multitasker who can manage bids simultaneously.

Position Summary:

The Surveyor is responsible for all field layout and as-builts on assigned projects. Work conditions include walking long distances while carrying up to 40 pounds of equipment and working in all weather conditions for 8-10 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

• Operate all types of survey equipment including GPS and SCS900 software, Total Station, and Level.
• Perform site setup activities; i.e. site calibration, level runs, control checks.
• Perform all layout calculations in data collector; i.e. Station/Offset, Distances, Grading.
• Keep detailed field notes.
• Work independently when performing field layout.
• Transfer files between field and office.
• Work directly with the Project Managers and Superintendents regarding initial project layout requirements, means and methods of establishing project survey control, and field reporting.
• Utilize Trimble survey equipment and software including GPS, Robotic Total Stations, and manage Machine Control equipment
• Software used includes SCS900, Trimble Access, and Trimble Business Center.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, construction related college degree preferred.
• 7- 10 years of construction related experience required
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of survey grade GPS and SCS900 software as well as other survey equipment.
• Basic CAD skills; i.e. Business Center, Carlson, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Open Roads.

As a Project Engineer you will play a critical role in the overall leadership and successful and timely delivery of complex multimillion-dollar fast-track, complex heavy-civil, highway and bridge projects from pre-construction stage through project execution and completion.

• Manage all project engineering activities that comply with the company's process, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain project submittal process to ensure timely receipt, review and approval of submittals and shop drawings, as-builts, and other contract required documentation.
• Manage and maintain the project RFI process to ensure timely receipt, review, response close out.
• Implement effective project quality control and quality assurance plans to ensure work is constructed in compliance and is accurately documented through clear and traceable records keeping and reporting.
• Provide technical support for, construction planning, interpretation of design and the development of efficient construction methods.
• Manage the process to develop and produce required design, drawings, engineering calcs, for project components or activities such as crane/hoisting lifts, temporary structures or works, falsework, shoring, formwork, safety systems, etc.
• Manage project close-out including, timely management of punch list, commissioning, and transitional system operations turnover.

Qualifications:

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, BlueBeam. Preferred experience utilizing HCSS HeavyJob, Vista, CAD, P6.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in heavy civil construction.
• Comprehensive understanding of civil construction industry practices and standards.
• Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Registered Nurse provides direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical and institution standards. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and is performed on a regular and recurring basis.
