A Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality care consistent within the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Registered Nurses. The RN works in accordance with local practice acts and regulations, delegates and ensures supervision of nursing activities and functions to other competent nursing personnel appropriate to their scope of practice. The RN assumes responsibility and accountability for the quality of care delivered; works to ensure a safe environment for themselves, the patient and other staff members. This entry-level position requires hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, safety, and attention to detail are paramount.
The helper will support machining operations by preparing materials, operating basic machinery, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Assist machinists with the setup, operation, and maintenance of sheet metal machines (e.g., CNC presses, shears, brakes, laser cutters, punching machines).
Measure and inspect raw materials and finished parts using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications.
Transport and load materials onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement for cutting or shaping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by regularly cleaning machines, tools, and workstations.
Monitor the operation of machines to detect malfunctions or quality issues, reporting problems to the lead machinist.
Assist with the preparation of materials by deburring, sanding, or polishing parts as needed.
Operate smaller machines or perform basic tasks under supervision, such as drilling, tapping, or grinding.
Assist in the assembly or finishing processes when required, ensuring parts meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or related field is a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools commonly used in machining or metalworking.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings (preferred but not required).
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
A strong commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of machining and sheet metal fabrication.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
Set-up and operate Bridgeport milling machine for (drilling, taping, c’sinking, c’boring, etc.) Familiar with reading and interpreting blue prints Dependable, positive attitude, and able to work independently Demonstrate an initiative for success and a positive work environment Must have a professional demeanor, friendly personality, and attention to detail.
Familiar with a variety of inspection tools (calipers, Chamfer checker, micrometers).

- Weekly Hourly role with overtime available Job Details The Customer Account Manager (CAM) develops and maintains relationships with current and potential customer accounts.
The CAM is the first contact for resolving customer issues/problems, assisting our customers by researching and making recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales or reduce costs.
CAMs preparate sales forecasts, quotes, and enter orders into our ERP system.
Responsibilities include customer negotiations and attendance at all customer meetings, both off-site and on-site, as needed.
