As an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of accounts. Account managers are intimately involved in the design, development, project management, production and delivery of customized displays and fixtures. Successful Account Managers not only develop lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, but also proactively take charge and manage the fine details and collaborate closely across multiple teams to ensure the highest quality product is ready to ship on time.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep and broad understanding of the customer’s brand and strategic direction so as to develop targeted solutions that deepen their commitment to Marketing Alliance Group.
- Identify, specify and help close new business opportunities within existing account(s).
- Collaborate with customer to determine scope of projects and document details required to create renderings and establish costs.
- Communicate and elevate customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure resolution of issues internally and with the customer.
- Proactively provide updates to the customer and address potential issues in a timely and detailed manner.
- Lead cross functional team meetings (design, engineering, production, etc.) to review projects and engage appropriate team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, scheduled milestones, and deliverables.
- Proactively communicate the status of projects with appropriate personnel to assure potential issues are effectively communicated and handled in a timely manner.
- Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of schedule and financial impacts.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Ensure project deliverables meet/exceed quality standards and confirm receipt of shipments with customer.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful project elements and lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent pertinent experience.
- 5 years of relevant Account Management or Project Management Experience; preferably for a manufacturer of Retail Displays and Fixtures.
- Experience in the Health & Beauty industry is desired
- Advanced time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated flexible team-player who requires minimal supervision, with the persistence to follow through on commitments in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Quality Control Manager to take full ownership of our Quality Management System across the Health & Beauty division. This role oversees quality from incoming raw materials through final assembly and pack-out, ensuring every display shipped meets customer specifications, aesthetic standards, and regulatory requirements. This leader will drive Golden Sample and Limit Sample alignment, lead CAPA initiatives, and build a strong culture of quality across production floors and global manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the Quality Management System across extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, fabrication, and assembly operations
- Ensure alignment to Golden Samples and Limit Samples across all production runs and suppliers
- Drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives using structured root cause analysis
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance standards and inspection criteria
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements
- Establish measurable quality metrics to reduce defects, scrap, and customer returns
- Specify and validate quality requirements for incoming raw materials and suppliers
- Oversee raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product audits
- Lead and develop a team of quality auditors and production supervisors
- Standardize inspection procedures and ensure consistency across shifts and global production partners
- Maintain quality documentation, sampling plans, and reporting systems
- Prepare and present data-driven quality performance reports to senior leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
- Previous Quality Control Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong process auditing and root cause analysis skills
- Experience implementing and managing CAPA systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, fabrication, and assembly
- Ability to establish and monitor measurable quality KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
- Experience with sampling procedures, quality data reporting, and inspection standards
- Munsell Color Test (or equivalent)
- Basic gage usage and measurement tools knowledge
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment
