The work

• Business and commercial litigation matters

• Partnership, shareholder, and fiduciary disputes

• Contract litigation and fraud-related claims

• Construction litigation exposure (nice to have)

• Leading litigation strategy and mentoring junior team members

Ideal background

• 7+ years of commercial litigation experience

• Trial capability or first-chair exposure preferred

• Experience with complex business disputes and fiduciary matters

• Leadership or team supervision experience

• Texas bar admission and genuine ties to the Dallas market

Excessive job-hopping or purely in-house backgrounds are less aligned.
