We are looking for a seasoned Senior Wholesale Sales Representative who brings an established and active book of business with top-tier department stores and premier national lifestyle retailers such as Anthropologie, Nordstrom, TJ Maxx and etc, someone who knows the buyers, understands the market, and is ready to open doors and drive meaningful growth for our expanding brand portfolio.
About the Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Wholesale Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is specifically designed for a driven professional who maintains active, high-level relationships with major department stores and premier national lifestyle retailers, and who is ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Sales: Drive immediate revenue by selling our current, trend-ready merchandise while strategically introducing upcoming new lines to the market.
- Business Development: Leverage your existing network to introduce our accessories and coordinating collections to major department stores and national retail chains through direct outreach and strategic pitching.
- Buyer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term, professional partnerships with corporate-level retail buyers and category managers.
- Sales Strategy: Consistently meet and exceed strategic sales targets through proactive account management and trend-right product assortments.
- Market Intelligence: Provide formal feedback on market trends and buyer requirements to our internal design teams to ensure our accessory and garment lines remain competitive.
Professional Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: Substantial and verifiable experience in wholesale sales for women's fashion accessories and apparel (Required).
- Established Network: A current and active book of business with major department stores and national retail institutions is required.
- Regional Proficiency: Deep understanding of the wholesale landscape, with a focus on the Los Angeles and Dallas corporate buying circuits.
- Sales Versatility: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume sales for existing inventory while effectively launching and scaling new product categories.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to adapt to internal company systems with a strong command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
