Development Administrative Coordinator Location Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $18.50–$21.00 per hour • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (business hours) • Part-time to start (minimum 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week) with potential transition to full-time • W2 employment ROLE IMPACT The Development Administrative Coordinator supports fundraising and corporate partnership initiatives by ensuring proposals, presentations, and communications are accurate, timely, and professionally delivered.
This role drives operational efficiency within the Development team by coordinating grant tracking, sponsor communications, and reporting processes.
Success in this position means streamlined workflows, polished external materials, and strengthened corporate and donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities • Draft and edit professional correspondence, including sponsor outreach emails, letters of inquiry, and donor stewardship communications • Prepare and format corporate sponsorship proposals and executive-level presentations • Build high-quality PowerPoint presentations for corporate partners and leadership meetings • Track grants, sponsorships, and fundraising activities using Excel spreadsheets and internal databases • Coordinate timelines, documentation, and submission materials to ensure proposals and reports are completed on schedule Minimum Qualifications • 2+ years of administrative, development, or coordinator-level experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel (data tracking and reporting) and PowerPoint (professional presentation design) • Strong professional writing skills with exceptional attention to detail • Core Tools & Systems • Microsoft Excel (data organization, reporting, tracking) • Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation development and formatting) • Microsoft Word (professional document formatting) • Internal fundraising or donor management systems (CRM – Customer Relationship Management software) Preferred Skills • Experience supporting fundraising, corporate partnerships, or grant management processes • Familiarity with nonprofit development operations and donor stewardship practices • Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually compelling materials Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
