Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Possess a current valid drivers license
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. The Secret Service has determined that age is essential to the performance of this position.
- You must obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it during your career.
- Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular, possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.

- Sign a mobility agreement stating your willingness to accept assignments anywhere within the United States and overseas.

What you’ll do:
- Measures property estimates accuracy and efficiency through conducting thorough, timely re-inspections/audits of property and property repair estimates, and reports on payment accuracy and compliance by method of inspection (Staff, PDRP, Independents and Third-Party vendors).
- Reports reinspection/audit findings on estimate accuracy and compliance by method of inspection (Staff, PDRP, Independents and Third-Party vendors) for corporate score cards.
- Assesses the health of property estimating through participation in ad-hoc and market audits, working closely with Claims stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Provides objective, proactive, and actionable feedback of Physical Damage (PD) policy, procedures and regulations to the Claims Stakeholders and Third-Party vendors.
- Creates awareness and drives understanding of Property adjusting and estimating procedures by delivering a work product that is consistent and compliant with policy, procedures, and regulations to Claims Stakeholders.
- Serves as a Property Adjusting SME on property estimating through post audit calibration meetings, ride-a-longs with other Property employees inspecting property, training materials, Property Director teleconferences and Property Champion teleconferences.
- Applies expert knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, and processes to include P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, USAA property estimate/repair process and procedures.
- Provides support for the presentation, discussion, and auditing of diagnostic estimates within key regional markets, contributing to the assessment of estimate quality. During a catastrophe, or post event, performs property reinspections for catastrophe claims with a minimum of 28 consecutive days during the catastrophe event or post event. Requires working time requirement of 7 consecutive days, 7:00AM 7:00PM, member time.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you’ll have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- 2 years relevant property field adjusting experience.
- Experience writing estimates in Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
- Knowledge and experience of property claims contracts.
- Knowledge of property construction and structural repair techniques.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Previous experience managing TPA estimating, QA, Audits.

Responsibilities
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer provides diagnostic ultrasound tests for patients in the Maternal Fetal Medicine setting. The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer works independently and with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to pregnant women.
- Explains exam to patient and family prior to the commencement of the test to assure cooperation and optimum test results.
- Acquires anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological data.
- Records/processes sonographic data and other pertinent observations made during the procedure.
- Creates a preliminary report for physician interpretation and review/signature.
- Assists physician with procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
- Recognizes equipment malfunctions and takes appropriate corrective action.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of ultrasound supplies.
- Follows the accredited laboratory protocols for obtaining two-dimensional images, color flow, Doppler, and m-mode where applicable.
- Rotates as needed to cover Sonographer absences.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited sonography program with a degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.

- CPR certification required.

RN Infusion I/II:
The Infusion Registered Nurse is responsible for applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills to promote the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards
This position will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to infusion patients through education, nursing assessment, and administration of medications such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other IV therapies
The Infusion Registered Nurse assesses for physiological and psychosocial needs, implements nursing interventions, and communicates patient concerns to the healthcare team

Graduate from an approved RN program

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support to product design, product improvement, cost reduction and daily operations as assigned; providing the machines, tooling and processes necessary for that support; and for providing timely coordinated implementation of short- and long-term goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Evaluates and improves upon existing manufacturing processes. Assists supervisors and production team members in resolving manufacturing process problems.
- Produce and maintain support documentation to control processes and costs while maintaining quality. Includes: Manufacturing processes, time studies, CNC programming, tooling, tool design, machinery or related equipment as needed.
- Plans and implements process engineering activities for new product development and current product support. Facilitates smooth transition of projects from Engineering to Manufacturing, including analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, equipment layout, work instructions and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Justify new or replacement tooling, machines and equipment. Prepare capital authorization requests and manage installation and start-up.
- Act as the first point of contact for shop floor manufacturing issues.
- Act as training person for specialized processes and machine operators.
- Assist and support in environmental, health and safety programs and requirements.
- Assist and support plant and facility maintenance.
- Provide Make vs. Buy analysis and standard cost estimates.
- Create and maintain routings.
- Create and maintain shop floor work instructions.
- Create rework orders for the shop floor.
- Proficient at utilizing the latest SolidWorks 3D solid modeling software for fixture and tooling design.
- Proficient at utilizing the latest Mastercam CAM software for CNC program creation and verification.
- Proficient at reading and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
- 5 years' experience in specifying manufacturing processes, machining equipment and tooling, and CNC programming experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively with vendors and team members at all levels.
- Hands-on machining experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Physical demands are typical of an office position including extended periods of sitting, extensive use of a personal computer and telephone.
- Position requires movement around the facilities.
- Factory floor support is imperative.
- Occasional handling of material and components.
- The physical requirements of the job are related to some testing in the engineering lab, field service activities that can be part of the job assignments or handling component parts in the plant during a quality inspection.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.
