The position is currently fully remote but training would require some in-person time in the greater Portland area.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

-         Complex scheduling

-         Purchasing

-         Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships

-         Overseeing business insurance, health insurance, employee policies and benefits, legal requirements, retirement accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, IT, etc.

-         Contracting

-         Client relations and support

Preferred Qualifications

-         Experience with small business management

-         Knowledge of the healthcare industry

-         Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Access

-         Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

-         Strong interpersonal skills

Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 400 offices in just over 5 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 40 plus states (and counting). You will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers and managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.

Office Location: Portland, Maine

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director and assist with shift coverage as needed to meet operational demands.
• On-Call: Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation, providing backup coverage to support caregivers and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least one year of experience working in home care/healthcare
• Has at least one year of managerial experience
